Hey guys, thanks for the warm welcome back...although I guess I never really went anywhere. Was simply incommunicado for a while. Here's what I've got pertaining to your first round of questions:

Will the Kermit the Frog Photo Puppet Replica be available in the UK?

The sales team at MR has not yet even begun to sell the Photo Puppet Replica yet, and so therefore I cannot answer this question with any certainty. Of course, he will be available at www.MasterReplicas.com, to be shipped anywhere in the world. So, yes.

Why has Animal been taken off the schedule for this year?Is it time or will Kermit only be released?

I don't know that Animal has been officially taken off the schedule. If he does slip off, it is because of timing -- not because Kermit will be the only one. As you all know from 25+ years of not-so-good looking plushes with pink faces, Animal is difficult to capture. And so, it is being worked on, but if he slides, it is only because we want to do it right.

are you guys still working on his pupils?

Yes. Everything is still being tweaked. The pupils on the one that I saw looked fine.

Is he fully poseable?

Yes. Fingers, arms, legs...even his mouth and face are poseable...you can easily make the scrunchy faced Kermit!

IS there an official SRP on Kermit yet? And when can I expect to see Fozzie? C'mon - where's the love for the bear??!

I don't know if the price is public knowledge yet (as it could change), and so I cannot answer this one just yet.

As for Fozzie...to borrow a line from my friend Ken Lilly, anything is possible.

This is intended as a LINE of Photo Puppet Replicas, and so you never know which characters are going to pop up. And just like anything else in this industry, the amount of product that we are able to produce, is going to depend on consumer support. If these sell really well, sky's the limit!

That's it for all of the questions so far. Just remember, as always, anything can change...so I am giving you the inside scoop here, but please understand that things may change. I will try to keep yo posted.

I am glad there is so much interest in this product -- it's something that I, as a Muppet fan, have dreamed of for ever. Keep the questions coming, and I will talk to y'all soon.

YES!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!!! YES!!!!!!!!

I am now even more excited about these than I was before. When someone from a company such as Travis gets involved with the public is when I really get intrested in a product cause I know the guy behind the product really wants to make it the best it can be, that's why I got so hooked on The Muppet line cause I knew Ken Lilly wanted them to be perfect and seeing Travis post here really makes me feel like these will be quality products and in this case I am glad that Travis is behind these replicas as opposed to the Muppet Snowglobes (which i do like i'm just using a random Muppet product) because these have been something i have always wanted to own quality Muppet replicas and I always knew if it was ever going to happen it was going to happen once and i'm glad to see that one chance is all their going to need.

Just read what I wrote, I didn't realise I felt so heavily for these until now

thanks for the answers Travis, nice to see you agian. We once did a trade a long time ago over when you were at the Palisades boards. Glad to see Animal 's colouring is an important issue for you guys.

Can't wait for

This is great news, I am so excited about these. I have always dreamed of owning something like this and cant believe it is actually happening.

TRAVIS, A question I have is............Does/will Kermit stand up on his own??

As there is a good chance this is a Line of Muppet figures, I noticed on this thread that so far no one has mentioned a Miss Piggy in this line?? I wander if this is something that is just not plausable?? Would she be to complex, to expensive??
Anyway, if this did happen it got me thinking, which Miss Piggy would everyone like to see as a replica??
Also what outfit would she wear? To many Miss Piggy dolls have clothes on that I have never seen her wearing in a photo or on TV/film!
My own choice would be the look of the puppet used in Season 4 or 5 of The Muppet Show, Muppet Movie etc, around 1979. Although a replica of modern Piggy would be good as long as she has the 1979 hairstyle!! I hate that blonde Jennifer Anniston look!! Outfits I think I would like to see are something classy like the long black dress she wears in the ''Mad about the frog'' number on TMS.

Anyway thats enough dreaming for now, just wandered what you guys would like to see.
Also, MuppetDanny, I was in Forbidden Planet in London on Sunday and they are selling Master Replicas Star Wars Lightsabres etc, I know this doent mean they will sell Muppets but its a good sign that they stock product from that company?

Cheers Guys

I am not that keen on the modern Piggy either. Her hair is too bleached and perfect.I prefer it a more darker, natural blone, with more lenghth and wavey style to it than just straight. The modern piggy also doesnt have much complextion.Maybe a reason Piggy hasnt been mentioned is because she is foam construction, which deteriates quickly.

Piggy is probably one of my favorite characters, Personally i'd love to own a Piggy replica but the truth is the reason I think Piggy might not have been mentioned is that when it comes to merchandise Piggy I believe doesn't sell very well as a character and honestly I don't see many people paying up tp $300 for a Piggy replica, sure most of us here would but more people would go for Kermit, Animal or Gonzo rather than Piggy althouth i'd have loved it if it were Animal first, Piggy second and Kermit third but i guess they have to make sure to have a Kermit out there first before starting a line  :halo:
