Hmm... tough one to choose. I like them both, but I would have to go with Robot Chicken.

I'd say Robot Chicken too because they are very edgy and they have a lot more Muppet/Henson spoofs. Not that I don't like MAD, I REALLY like it, but I just think that I get more of Robot Chicken's humor as lot of MAD's jokes were targeted at tweens (Twilight, Justin Bieber, etc. etc.)
