Theater Playset

I posted this in another thread but I just wanted Ken to see it to see what he thought. It's in regards to the Theater playset.

I know this is probably a long shot (and it may have been brought up here before, I don't know) but i think the theater playset should be huge., or at least big enough you could slide the other playsets onto the stage area.

Think about it. you'd have the little backstage, dressing room area to the left, then the stage with a curtain, but it's have a removable back where you could slide the other playsets into place, so when the curtain opened the playset would appear to be onstage. Then on the right, you have a balcony for Statler & Waldorf.

Then if you wanted you could slide out the playset to put in another onstage.

Just a thought.

JF

P.S. Yes, I open them. Where's the fun in keeping them MOC?

Why do we all love Beaker so much? Do we somehow relate to him? LOL

Hey Ken,
I got a couple questions for ya:

1. I just got my lab playset via fedex from ebgames.com (man it is awesome), but there is a small problem. when I got it, the swivel table was broken. one of the pegs that fits into the base is missing. How can I get this fixed?

2. How can I change my email address for the club? I originally set it up with my hotmail account but it freezes up way to easily so I want to switch to my yahoo account. My name is James Sisk.
My old account is Jimbo504@hotmail.com
My new account is Jgsisk@yahoo.com

3. This might have been answered already, but when will IS Fozzie be available to club members?

Man, you'd think people don't read through all 170+ pages of this thread before posting...

Palisades would love to be able to do movie related characters but it wasn't in their original agreement. Hopefully with the line doing well, and the initial approval they got for VS Fozzie, that will open the door. I know we had some happy discussion about a Electric Mayhem Bus playset.
They could even make a Happiness Hotel playset where things falling apart would be features instead of defects! (just a joke Ken- I know what you go through)

Welcome to the board! It has been established that one of the major features of the theater playset is that they other sets will be able to fit on the stage. It will not only be huge it will be deluxe and released next year.

Well then, there you go. Very cool.

(Kinda glad I came up with it on my own though! Show's I could be a toymaker!)

I'd like to see a nursery playset featuring all of the muppet babies.

careful...you might as well be suggesting Samurai Beaker.

seriously though...even though many people in here seem to hate them, the Muppet Babies did exist. as such, i do not think they should be ignored by Palisades, IF their contract even covers them. i think they would sell well, though i don't honestly think they'd get a playset.

How 'bout a nursery with the really ugly Muppet babies? -- Not the Kermit, Piggy Muppet babies, but the babies who regularly appeared in the muppet show. Man those things were ugly! I'd buy 'em though.

It has also been repoted that the theater will come with Sweetums because he's a must-have and will be too large for the reular asslrtment coming in at nearly a foot! Robin will likely come with him.
