3 inches ? Are you sure ? He looked way larger to me ? Maybe the stuff i saw wasnt in scale but Rizzo was pretty small. Pepe looked a lot larger.

Probably about as same sense as it made to have Kermit's figure come with a Muppets TV camera. Guess Ken's recent Caribbean cruise as definitely influenced the thinking for Pepé's accessories. One piece for each hand to hold, agreed. Maybe two hands could hold a stage hook, like the kind they used to bring bad acts back to the behind the curtains area and off the stage. Maybe it would be nice to give the regular version of Pepé tropical accessories instead of coming up with a exclusive version later. What about these:
Folding chair with slot hole to place the larger umbrella inside next to one of the arms, included as two different pieces so that the fig could hold the umbrella as well.
Tropical drink with miniature umbrella, though it could have either a cherry, shrimp, or orange or lemon slice along the rim of the glass.
Hairdryer and hairbrush to comb back that little guy's stylish hair.
Pocket mirror, rounded and connected to a swinging hoop base that can be held in his hands to look at himself after combing his hair or for vain spot checks.
Leather-bound pocketbook with perhaps a dollar bill or credit card sticking out just along the wallet or pocketbook's edges, with which he's going to pay the coming waiter for his drinks.
Maybe a tray of fried clams or small oyster shells for him to snack on, that he won't get offended by the fried shrimps presented before him.
Deck of cards with slight marks on the corners, for his card games either on his own or with other players around the table.
Ice bucket with small ice cubes forming a flat surface on which the tropical drink glass and tray of snacks can rest upon.
Hope these ideas might just make it.

The reason is, incase you didn't know, in Muppet Treasure Island Gonzo and Rizzo are tortured and Gonzo is put on the rack and his legs and arms get really long. Would it be possible to make a figure with arms and legs made of a soft plastic that could coil up inside the figure and be pulled out to make them really long? Or maybe make the arms and legs out of a really stretchy material that give the same effect? I would understand it if the figure weren't in the regualr line but maybe an exclusive two pack of Long Arms Gonzo and MT Rizzo that came with a rack and a hot poker.

I think a long arms Gonzo would be great, but not as a part of Palisades line. It would need to be plush for it to really work.

An MTI Gonzo/Rizzo 2-pack is on my own radar screen for 2004. That doesn't lock it down, but it is something that would be cool to do. The stretchable arms would not work in plastic without a lot of changes to the likeness of the character. The only way to do it in that scale without distortion would be interchangeable arms.

Here's a nice little question for Ken, though I don't wish to create any controversy because I'm just genuinely curious. S1 had Dr. Bunsen Honeydew changing from greenish-yellow in the pre-release photos to green in the final figure, S2 had Animal sporting pinkish hair in the same photos and then a more reddish-pink or violet in the final figure, and S3 had Lew Zealand first looking flat with pale yellow skin until it was turned into a richer yellow/golden orange-yellow. So my question is, Ken, which figure from S4 has presented a headache colorwise between the online pre-release photos and the final painted figure? What about S5? And S6? Though we'll have to wait until these series hit the shelves, it doesn't hurt to clear the waters as of now to help calm down panicking Muppet figure fans.
