Ken- did you get my previous post (on page 160 I believe) suggesting a skull for Uncle Deadly and asking if Floyd's mustache ever got that trim?

Floyd's moustache did get the trim and a skull is a cool idea for an accessory for UD.

1. I only ordered 1 VC Beaker with my collector's club order, as I didn't have the $$ at the time for a second. Now I do, and would like to know if it would be possible for me to do this if I paid with PayPal or anything. I figured it wouldn't hurt to ask.

Yeah that's fine. Just make sure in your PayPal info section you state specifically that this is for the second Beaker and that you have already paid for the first one and joined the club already. Just expect that they may not ship to you at the same time.

2. What color IS WW Exclusive Dr. Teeth's keyboard?! Mine looks purple to me, but every once in a while I will see one on a website or on eBay and the keyboard looks BRIGHT PINK! Can you shed any light on this? Am I crazy?

Bad photography. The keyboard is a violet that leans to the red side of the spectrum, not the blue, so it probably gets distorted in photos.

This might be going over old ground, but just to confirm there ARE plans in the future to sell the bases seperately now they've been done away with right ? I think fans are going to be calling for this - the bases make the figures look more like collectors pieces and a more superior piece to display. It'd also be cool if they were sold through the Palisades store and not just through the collectors club because i think there'll be a wider market from people collecting the regular line and not the exclusives/variants.

I think it's a great idea to sell the bases separately. They won't be able to be individually configured for each figure but they could be cool. On the plus side, sometimes those configured pins pop out. Would you want them WITH the anniversary logo even after the anniversary is over or plain?

Yes, but he has also been in a tux while wearing the same tie he is known for. It is just a little funnier I think. He goes to the efforet of dressing up, but is wearing the same silly tie he has on every day. Even when Dr Teeth wears a tux, he at least has on a different hat!

Ken, is it possible for you to get pics taken of the carded series 2 figures that you are auctioning off? Or are there going to be the easily seen at your booth?

I don't mind so much that the bases won't be individually configured - just each figure actually being able to stand in some way on the base would be enough. I would also agree with Matleo and have 'The Muppet Show' in an almost identical logo to the the 25th anniversary one.

Muppet Figures Re-assortment

Hey guys, just a couple of thoughts to see how you'd respond to the following theories.
1 Ken says that Rowlf and two figures from Series 4 & 5 will be pushed back so that later series can have a big gun anchoring the demand for them. Now let's think about this.
You know that Series 4 is being geared towards Pigs In Space with the SwineTrek playset and First Mate Piggy figure. Therefore, Dr. Julius Strangepork and Link Hogthrob have to stay in the lineup. That means its a 50-50 chance of either Janice or Sam the Eagle being pushed back. If I had to choose, I'd keep Janice so as not to break rank with at least one Electric Mayhem member released in every series as far as possible.
Series 5 presents a worse chance because any one of the regular lineup figures could be removed. I hope it's not Gonzo with Camilla, because that's why I'm thinking of delaying my purchase of Series 2 Gonzo. However, my guts tell me it'll be either Rizzo or Gonzo himself who could be pushed back to a later series.
2 Everybody seems to be campaigning for a figure of Lips in 2003. I don't think it'll happen in Series 4 because of what I already said. Series 6 won't yield to him either. Statler and Waldorf are a twosome who can't be separated. Or would you guys tolerate them in different series to make room for Lips? Also, the rest of the figures from Series 6 are involved in a game of Muppet musical chairs; where it hasn't been decided as to which two of Nurse Janice, Nurse Piggy, or Dr. Bob will go in the regular lineup and which will go in the playset. The only space I see for Lips in 2003 is possibly in Series 5 if one figure is held back for a later series. However, I think the wise move to make is to campaign for Lips in 2004, so his figure can be released in the earliest series possible.

The Count.
