Anyone have the lyrics to Grover's Postcard?

I know that in it Grover got a letter from a letter from a girl named Amy.The beginning of the song went,"I just got a letter and here is what it says. "How are you?I am fine. It is cold. Love Amy" But all the members on SS got mixed up,thinking Amy has a cold, has to have an operation & other things. Finally Grover sets them straight.

Big Bird: I just heard that Amy could use some cheering up. She is in the hospital. Broken bones. Awfully scared. Needs our help. Let’s go there. Poor Amy. Let’s call the hospital….
Everyone: (shouting at the same time)
Bob: We’ve got to go to the hospital and see Amy.
Grover: But why?
Bob: You said Amy had an operation.

Everyone: She might take a week to recover. You said so your….
