Pumpkin seeds are easily found inside pumpkins. You open up the top,and scoop out the seeds. You can eat them au natural,or toast them up.Or overall, just buy them from the food store.

oic... I've never tried pumpkin. Do you like bake pumpking and then eat it? Or can you just pull it out of the ground and eat it? What do you eat of it? Am I sounding totally weird right now?

I am totally addicted to sunflower seeds, usually the already shelled ones.

Pumpkin seeds are good as well. Just clean them out from the pumpkin, butter them lightly and toast in the oven.

Sesame Seeds come from Sesame Street right?
A "Sesame Seed" is also a term (often used by Loretta Long, who plays Susan) used to describe someone who has grown up watching Sesame Street.
