I really liked the Cartoon Network pilot, Utica Cartoon. About a bear trying to get free hot dogs by constantly beating his own record. I voted for this to be a regular series, but it didn't make the top 3 though.

even though these were shorts and not a pilot, i really wished that the cartoon network's Bremen avenue experience shorts, had became a show.
