That's kind of too bad. But I guess all shows face financial limitations like that at some point, huh?

Yay, E! True Hollywood Story documentary!
No actually, this was from a DVD: "Saturday Mornings with Sid and Marty Krofft": it's a DVD that contains the pilot episode of most of their shows including H.R. Pufnstuf, The Bugaloos, Lidsville, Land of the Lost, The Lost Saucer, and Far Out Space Nuts. One of the special features of the DVD was an interview with head-writer/executive producer Si Rose. I liked some of his stories, especially how he convinced Sid and Marty to use laugh tracks on their shows because I too use laugh tracks on my Flash cartoons.

Oh that's cool. I just meant that that's where I got my information.

I forget if I asked these two, but just in case...

1. Am I the only one who can't hold carbonated drinks? They make me sick to stomach what with all that bubbling and fizzing.
2. Am I the only one who (when it comes to TV shows) can't stand live audiences but enjoys laugh tracks?

Gotta say, you are. And yeah... I love Coke!!

And I gotta say again, you are. I think live audiences can be so much fun to listen to!
