Hello. I listed two of these here awhile back but have a few more and wanted to post them again. The style of these paintings are more pop art, I would say, but I really like how they came out. The following are Kermit, Fozzie, Miss Piggy, Rowlf and Mahna Mahna. Hope you like!

KERMIT:

The Mahna Mahna especially is excellent - looks like a professional likeness that would be made available! As for the others, the style they're done in kind of reminds me of the beginning of the Loony Tunes shorts where they would start off with a head of the featured character in the particular short smiling into the camera...like these might appear at the beginning of a Muppet short or cartoon or something!

Thanks

Thank you, Libba Yuki, for your kind words.

Thanks you as well to you, dwmckim, for the kind words. Yes, I love mahna mahna, who doesn't... I have to say, I wasn't even thinking about the looney toon shorts like that. You make a very valid point.

I've been wanting to paint something like these for a while. I know disney has the artist Giclee doing muppet paintings that are 300.00 or something like that. I wanted something smaller, more colorful and less expensive. I'm thinkiung about selling these for the christmas season. We'll see.

Thanks again

Thank you, redBoobergurl. Yeah, I know. When I see Rowlf, I can't help but think of Jim, no offense,. LOL

When I get a few more funds, I think my next few painting will be (in no specific order):

Gonzo
Sam the Eagle
Animal
Pepe
Scooter

We shall see.

I think the Manah Manah is the best one, but they all look great!
