It's just sad you know, not just for me, but Steve and Dave and Bill and all the writers and directors who worked so hard. Everything was perfect, this was going to be the thing that put the muppets well into the limelight, there was hype, there was great advertising, and at first great ratings...

Sigh, I fully expected a cancellation, but it's just sad to see the writting, well I guess that's that, there's nothing we can do, all I'm saying is The Real O' Neals, American Crime, and The Catch all literally had the same ratings as The Muppets, so ya, RIP to another short-live muppet show.

At least we're getting some news about the film, I thought it would never get off the ground, and still don't know if it'll ever actually make it to theaters considering the Henson's company track record.

So, we're well into upfront week, so we could hear about the fate of The Muppets in the next minute or in the next week, for anyone else nervously awaiting the fate of the show, here's an interesting article about corporate syngergy and The Muppets...

It sucks that Keanu wasn't much of a hit, it was a hilarious movie, but only opened at $9.4 million, but at least it has a budget of just $15 million, and has already reached $10 million, so it should at least make some profit.

We shall know the fate of The Muppets by May 17. At this point I'm catiously optimistic for a renewal, but also half accepting a cancellation. I just want to hear the news, and whatever happens at least we got something.

Wow that was quick, it was just 3 years ago that FOX bought them, and before Paramount distributed their films. Dreamworks has really been in a creative and financial rut since 2012 post Madagascar 3, which was a huge success and was the highest grossing of the franchise. Turbo, Rise of the...

Late to the party, but happy belated birthday I guess.

I actually haven't gotten to watching the show since the first season ended, it was a pretty on and off 13 episodes, either it was really good or just not funny for me, can anyone fill me in if the show has changed for the better, I'm thinking of giving some season 2 episodes a watch.

I've never actually changed my avatar, so... Maybe I'll change it soon.

I'm being catiously optimistic about this, I really hope they actually have insider sources, it would be incredible if we got another season, maybe to replace Galavant on Sundays in January.

Grandfathered has like 3 episodes left to air, for whatever reason they kept airing repeats of it, but ratings are awful, so don't expect it to return, they should have aired more Brooklyn Nine Nine repeats so it wouldn't have to end so early this season.

The Mayhem have a solid gig again, they're probably looking for pay as Up Late With Miss Piggy is done right now.

Well Beauregard is basically just a one note character, he talks goofily and does somtething stupid. Bobo has more depth to him, sure he is also goofy, but is not stupid and his deadpan style of humor makes him way more funny.

The Real O' Neals hit a 0.8 last night in the ratings, that ties The Muppets season low. Now I'm not hating on the show, but I really hope they renew muppets over this if it comes to that.

RIP Doris Roberts, she was hilarious on Everybody Love's Raymond.

RIP Prince, his music was iconic, but I'll never forget his hilarious MT scene with Bobo, he was truly a legend.

We should hear about the fate of the show in early May, I'm really hoping it manages to pull a Galavant and get a second season despite low ratings.

Keep in mind, the premiere of The Muppets posted a 2.9 demo rating and 9 million viewers against The Voice and NCIS, none of the ABC shows can come close to that number these days, the closest being Modern Family at a 2.2 demo and 7 million viewers, people are still interested in the franchise...

As stated already the pilot and most of the show until season 3 is pretty slow and wasn't well recieved. Here's a list of episodes I think you should watch. The Contest The Soup Nazi The Parking Garage The Chinese Resturant The Little Kicks The Bizzaro Jerry The Junior Mint The Library The...
