When are we gonna get something that isn't filler?

Wasn't there a For Better or Worse series? Or specials? I remember Baby Blues was on Adult Swim at some point; I don't think I ever watched it though. I think I've seen one episode of that Mother Goose and Grimm series, which seemed fairly "meh."

Oh yeah, that season premiere was great. This is probably their best "not ridiculous/plotless/dumb for the sake of it" (which I enjoy to a certain extent) show other than the Venture Bros (which is also great).

At the Museum of Moving Image screening, either Caroll or Craig Shemin said that was done to give the movie a more consistent look. It bugged me too, but I can't say I disagree with their choice.

This format could not possibly be more perfect for the Muppets. It seems like a natural fit. I love it!

This wasn't a pilot though. It was a pitch presentation. Like the one Jim did for TMS. That wasn't meant to be seen publicly; this is the same way.

If you can get onto Instagram and search "#sesamestreet46," you'll be able to find them. Which brings me to something I found there - along with a new theme arrangement, they did film a new opening sequence. So, yay!

Well, of course we'll see it in the fall; we just don't know when. From stuff I've seen on Instagram, there's a Halloween episode (or special, who knows), so the season should be starting in October at the latest.

I'm willing to let this slide since the show's had about a year from shoot until air to work on them. And so, they probably need a little more time to edit these shows/make the CGI and such.

So, checking some PBS Listings from KET, it doesn't appear that the season will be premiering in September. So, maybe October or November? Or maybe I'm wrong, who knows!
