WOW! I've never been so excited at looking forward to a new Sesame Street season before! Here are some things that got me hyped up: * It will be taped in high-definition. * A newly-built version of the set will make its debut. * Jim Henson's Creature Shop will be involved, probably with...

I am surprised I didn't post on this forum about this video yet! Last summer I bought this Golden Book Video at a used video store called "Herbert the Timid Dragon and Other Tales." It's a lot like the Sesame Street Golden Book Videos. I wrote a RetroJunk article about it...

I guess the reason why Joe Alaskey is Daffy Duck's current voice actor is because of how he did such a good job voicing Plucky Duck. Incidentally on Tiny Toons, while Jeff Bergman and Noel Blanc were doing the classic LT characters on Tiny Toons, Joe Alaskey voiced Marvin the Martian on the...

She was also on the Full House episode "But Seriously Folks." I think my favorite performance by her would have to be Great Aunt Mitzi in "Hey Arnold."

I like Chris. He's practically the new David!

They rerun at least one classic Kermit skit a season. Back in Season 37, they showed "Do De Rubber Duck." But it's not the same as his brick-wall lectures and his special reports.

Volume 1. That and Volume 5 are the only LTGC volumes to contain a cartoon (or two) featuring Marvin the Martian in them, while all the others seem to deliberately avoid this character! I mean, WB blew a perfectly good chance for some Bugs Bunny cartoons for Disc 1 of Volumes 2, 3 and 4. But...

http://www.tvshowsondvd.com/news/Bugs-Bunny-Looney-Tunes-Comedy-Hour-Volume-6/10016 I'm so glad WB is going to put "Now Hear This" on this set! It's one of my all-time favorite Chuck Jones cartoons! I love the visual style and the sound effects. It was also the first LT short to use the...

Like I said, I must be the only person I know that wasn't afraid of this skit as a kid

I saw the trailer and promos for the film. The train wreck scene reminded me of "Looney Tunes: Back in Action." when Wile E. Coyote was driving the ACME Train of Death, only to run into some dymanite and... http://crazycrashes.files.wordpress.com/2007/10/train-accident.jpg

Well two third of the ad, Scooby's lines were done by David Beckham wearing a latex Great Dane costume. And don't get me started on J.C. Chasez's stint on impersonating Scooby-Doo in "A Scooby-Doo Valentine." Besides, I liked the impostor Scoobys in "Never Ape an Ape Man" much better :D

I plan on getting a Mac, but they're too expensive. I hope I don't wind up broke just buying it!

I know David Beckham once starred in a 2001 Adias ad from UK with the Scooby gang: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jBiqbjkch2M David did a pretty good job impersonating Scooby-Doo. I wonder what it'd be like if he did that in real life? :zany: However, I have a friend I chat with on Yahoo...

I have been disappointed by "Finding Nemo" and "Ratatouille," but that's about it. But "Wall-E" looks promising. Much better than "Ratatouille." My dad has been thinking of taking us to the drive-in to see it! :)

Audacity does a good job at that, too

BAD NEWS: Wattamack4 has been suspended from YouTube. GOOD NEWS: He's back on YouTube again, as wattamack4returns! http://www.youtube.com/profile?user=wattamack4returns

Thank god this isn't another talking animal movie! :halo:

A "Word on the Street" segment about music? Strange. Maybe it's a different segment on the show. If they reuse the Word on the Street segments, I wonder if they'll reuse the stock footage of Murray's "Hi! I'm Murray from Sesame Street, and I'm looking for... the Word on the Street!" from the...

The costumes they have used for Sesame Street Live and Sesame Place haven't changed much in looks since 1980, IMO. But if you wanna see REALLY different-looking costumes, look at the ones they used on the "Holiday on Ice" sketches (Bert dreaming of skating, Big Bird teaches Snuffy how to skate...
