    Little things we've noticed

I'm pretty sure Frank is the lead, Jim, Richard, and Jerry are his pals, and Jim's the officer. Frank looks like he's doing both the greaser and his gal at the end.

Sesame Street Special "See Us Coming Together"

More likely they're trying to avoid talking about the Capitol riot, so they'll drudge up whatever.

Sesame Street Season 52 Episode 5209 - Hike Pirates

Naomi Osaka sure can't act, huh?

    Little things we've noticed

I assumed they cut down on episodes because they had to make all those EW segments, not because they couldn't fall back on repeating old street scenes.

Could the original setting of Sesame Street work for today’s modern day audiences ?

Yeah, but that was all pre-clean up of NYC. Before, Time Square wasn't even a safe place to be.

Could the original setting of Sesame Street work for today’s modern day audiences ?

I think the set kinda doesn't work that well because there's less human presence; everything is built to their scale, not the Muppets. I guarantee that if the show were being created today, they'd have a smaller, Muppet-scaled set. It's also hard to compare the realism of the set to an actual...

Sesame Street Season 52 Episode 5207 - The Grouch Band

Huh. I was not expecting them to do the zoom-call thing on the show. I guess that's the only way they can get Suki on this season (I imagine maybe they might do this again if her family is going to apparently reappear this season). And I suppose it's nice that the Grouchketeers are back, and...

The Nostalgia Critic Thread Lives Again!

I'm gonna assume it's a copyright-related thing. They might be able to get around using clips from the film they're talking about because it's a review, but any extra stuff probably doesn't qualify.

Sesame Street Season 52 Episode 5204 - Sesame Street Art Museum

A majority of the writers aren't long-time Sesame writers, so their connection to Telly is probably minimal to none. It's also up to the producers/creative directors/research folks as to which characters should get used and with the redshifted focus a few years ago, Telly just isn't a priority...

Sesame Street Season 52 Episode 5204 - Sesame Street Art Museum

What was up with Rudy's voice? I know it was dubbed in, but for the first half, it sounded really pitched up too high.

Sesame Street Special "See Us Coming Together"

I think those "at-home" specials last year show them that they can produce low-budget (and/or low-quality?) content like this and still get some positive reception. Considering the last two season-opening specials were animated, I wonder if we'll get another full-fledged in-studio special next...

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

Shame there weren't any humans around. Liked Tango's little hat. Missed seeing Telly and Prairie on the float. Doesn't seem good for either of those character's futures.

Your Thoughts: Sesame Street at Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade

I mean, the CBS broadcast can't do/have the performances, so all they can do is talk about the floats/balloons. It's weird to me that they're the only other channel that attempts to cover the parade in any way.

Sesame Street to introduce new Asian-American Muppet, Ji-Young

It might be. It's not on any one of my PBS stations, it seems. They're no doubt gonna put in on their YouTube channel.

    Little things we've noticed

Absolutely. I don't want to say he gets sloppy, but the movements feel very "erratic" and not fluid as he is with Telly.
