Steve Whitmire has left the Muppets, Matt Vogel to continue as Kermit

On another note, I'm kinda iffy on Matt as the count. I like the transylvania accent, it's his voice alone where I think it could use some work. Heck, I could say the same with his Floyd Pepper voice. But, whatever. At the end of the day, it's all just first world muppet fan problems.

Steve Whitmire has left the Muppets, Matt Vogel to continue as Kermit

I honestly listened to Peter's Ernie and the voice to me sounds like it keeps going into Jim then Steve, Jim then Steve, Jim then Steve. Also, I do feel what Cheryl said was pretty harsh, but honestly that's all her problem, not ours. :smirk:

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds

So it seems like perhaps that song only aired in episode 3? Which would make sense anyway with the continuation into Wanda the Witch (though they could've also just cut it after the second chorus).

How's the weather where you are?

It's also frustrating (for me, anyway) when it rains on a Saturday and I want to go for a walk in the woods (I prefer going for ones on Saturdays, but Sundays work too). Or when it rains too much and then areas are flooded and fish are swimming in spots they shouldn't be.

Rainy and sunny all in one day. That's New England for you.

    Favorite Muppet Performer Cameos

I actually found Richard Hunt as the taxi driver pretty funny in The Great Muppet Caper. It was also nice seeing Jerry Nelson cameo in season 40, ignoring his obvious poor health with the tube around his nose.

    Most Obnoxious Fandoms

The Walking Dead fanbase. Don't even get me started with them. Seriously, their Facebook page is literally FLOODED with people who only like the page just to complain about the pacing and character development blah blah blah. It's like, why are you wasting your time just to complain about...

Lucy in the Sky with Diamonds

I saw that note too, and I don't know the exact episode it stopped airing in, but personally I think it would have probably been phased out by season 3/4 had that not been an issue in hand.

Sesame Street Episode 847 with Margaret Hamilton

Waiting for the episode to surface be like In seriousness though, I've given up on hearing about a peep of the episode surfacing and can live without it. I'm sure it still exists, and I'm not convinced ANY episode from them is lost/destroyed unless I heard directly from the workshop themselves.

    Memorable guest star moments

One of my favorite guest star skits includes Robin Williams' "What's alive?" with his shoe. I used to have that one on tape from episode 3752 before it (sadly) went missing. (God rest his soul). Another one I enjoyed was the skit "Wide, Wide World of the World with Telly and the duck. It's a...

Steve Whitmire has left the Muppets, Matt Vogel to continue as Kermit

And this is why I've lost respect for Disney as a company, among other things besides some of the choices they've made with the muppets.

Steve Whitmire has left the Muppets, Matt Vogel to continue as Kermit

I'm going to throw in my thoughts and say I'm a bit skeptical on how Matt will sound as Kermit, only bcause I hope he doesn't end up sounding too much like Constantine.... but we'll see what happens in the future. Best of luck to Steve!

Where are all these classic Sesame Street episodes coming from?

I heard about the "Surprise!" song with Big Bird (some people I noticed even got it mixed up with the Little Jerry song). I would love to see it myself one day.

    Best Waiter Grover sketch?

Waiter Grove has always been one of my faovrite reccuring muppet skits, but I think my favorite one is the one at the Russian restraunt. Frank Oz as Charlie's "Nyet" always cracks me up. :P

I'm not a "new" member per-say, but I do want to re-introduce myself to other newcomers because I haven't used this account in over a long, long time (and I'll explain later in detail), and I honestly would like to start over. My name is Alex, and I have an account on YouTube known as...
