I think the "Best of" video that I have is called "The Best of Ernie and Bert" as well...

I've always said "Ernie and Bert," but that's just me. I've also always related more to Ernie, but as I've gotten older I find a lot of humor in Bert as well... :p :(

Yeah, I only managed to watch it once during its original release. There are a number of movies like that where I am grateful to have seen them, and was very moved by them, but just can't or won't watch them again. But yeah, Liam Neeson has come a long way since the original "Darkman" movie...

Sad... Seriously, how many of us here would even care about the money and prizes if we had the chance to talk to Kermit and Piggy again and again! They'd probably have to kick me off the show, because I'd probably try to pick them on every turn even if they weren't available anymore! :crazy:

I never got to see the "Les Miserables" film that he was in, but he gave a powerful performance indeed in "Schindler's List"--he always seems to come off as such a good person. I wonder if he's ever played against that... Anyway, I liked that in "Love Actually" there were two Hogwarts...

Well, I saw it, and again I liked it. What tickles me most is that there's one contestant who just picks them every chance she gets. Each game starts out the same. The other guy picks the center square, and then she picks Kermit and Piggy. I know that's what I would do! :) :mad:

They were both very good. Liam Neeson in particular did a wonderful job with his part, but I always like him. He projects such geniality, whether as a Jedi master or as an alphabet partner for Ernie and Rubber Duckie...

You know, I didn't really notice. I think it was somewhere in between, but I'm not sure. I did notice him blinking a lot... :p

I agree that it would be nice to mix it up a little, and there's really no reason they can't do that, with Eric performing both :mad: and :o . There was a week when Big Bird and Oscar were on, just alternating every other day. It probably makes more sense for them, though, to stick with...

Well, sure they've gone further than that, but I guess it bothered me because it involved Big Bird. The Sesame Street characters have a kind of innocence to me, so it just rubbed me the wrong way. I agree about Piggy's hair, though. Looks good.

Okay, so who else watched it? I thought :) and :mad: had great chemistry during the show, though the "Big Bird" comment was a bit much... :eek:

We have a friend who (at the time) was always seeing movies by himself that he was supposed to save to see with his fiancée, who lived elsewhere. She got him back, though, because she got a friend to tell her about "The Sixth Sense" so that when they saw it on video together, she could pretend...

When I saw "The Sixth Sense" for the second time, I heard somebody behind me ruin the twist ending by figuring it out and announcing it about 30 seconds before it was obvious. I'd already seen it, but some of the people I was with had not. Fortunately, their hearing was not as finely-attuned...

We had a similar situation at "Seabiscuit"--a lot of people had read the book, and were detailing what was going on. :boo: Is this the race where he loses? :sleep: Yes, I believe he loses this one. :boo: Does that look like Virginia to you? :sleep: I don't know, it could be... Argh...
