What joke is this? I might know a variation-- How many pointed ears does Mr. Spock have? Three--a left ear, a right ear, and a final front ear! Wokka-wokka! :o The Kirk joke, I would imagine, is similar? Does the Davy Crockett one involve a wild front ear? :p

There was a great line in the Fozzie interview in the bonus features for that movie. He was talking about how comedy is his life. He goes on to say "If I can make just one person laugh . . . (resigned) I'd be so happy." Hilarious! I was sure he was going to say "it's all worth it" or...

Right on! Maybe that's the movie I should have saved "worst movie ever" for. Seriously, I'd go see a Simpsons movie no matter what!! It could be made with colorforms and shrinky-dinks for all I care!

I bet they don't show the performers--after all, if kids are tuning in they don't want to spoil things for them.

Well, the best I can say is that I'm glad the story has a happy ending. I'm sorry to hear about this experience, but I'm glad that it didn't go further than that! :sympathy: I agree about finding someone who is just like you, and nice. They say opposites attract, but I know so many happy...

Wow, I really understand that. I was like that for a very long time. It got better though--there was one time where it just all made sense, and it's made sense ever since. I really do believe that the right person is out there for everybody, and when you find that person he/she is impossible...

I really like Ruben, but I must say that I didn't actually buy his album. Most of the songs on there really weren't in a style that appeals to me. The ones that I did like I mostly already had. I did, though, buy the cover of "How Can You Mend A Broken Heart" from iTunes.

Yeah, I thought that was really neat too. I can't remember if this guy was blind from birth--I suspect not, because he could describe the things he was seeing. I just find it really interesting that the vision parts of his brain could see things even when his eyes could not. I suppose that's...

Often that's the way it is with shy guys. I'm sure there are guys with crushes on you, but sometimes it just takes certain kinds of people longer to be comfortable and confident enough to say anything.
