Shifting from Warner to Shout might explain the long delay between video releases. It might also be better for Sesame going into the 50th anniversary; it makes the odds of seeing some classic releases a little higher.

David's been doing Wayne and Julianne as Wanda. Also interesting from today's ToughPigs write up is that they only had three days of rehearsal for this in the arena. That explains a lot of the repeats and the presence of Bobby; there was no time to do anything vastly different.

I think the only thing I haven't seen any video / photos of is Wayne and Wanda's stuff. Anyone find anything with them?

Well, they all pretty much do; Eric, Matt, David. We've seen no shortage of Cookie Monster, even with the movies and series they were doing; where was the Count at?

I guess it's nice that the Count finally got a feature role; it's probably been like 15+ years since he's been anything but a supporting player (due to Jerry's health and all). I don't know why they're not taking more advantage of it now. (Also, when we gonna get some Two-Headed Monster plots?)...

From what I'm seeing online, it's mostly repeat performances of the stuff they did at the Hollywood Bowl.

Probably the former; this sounds like a documentary about Big Bird as a pop culture figure than a tribute to Caroll.

Huh, a bunch of videos of mine (95% of which were from albums) were blocked worldwide, I'm assuming because of the music thing. And none of them gave me a strike. So, calm your heads. Videos being removed doesn't always equal getting channels shut down.

I'm sure it makes more sense to make 2019 the all-out celebration rather than doing some big anniversary thing two years in a row.

The sources used for those guides aren't 100% reflective of the episode as aired, save for the inserts used. There are a number of times where the dialogue is different, so it's possible that casting change was made before they filmed it.

I believe the issue would be with the fact that was it was released on an album ("Somebody Come and Play"), so WMG probably has the rights to the album, and thus, the track.
