    EM.TV AG: Background and History

In short, EM.TV is a German-owned children's character-based media company that was formed in 1989 by the Haffa brothers. It was extremely succesful from the mid-nineties until 2000. Since they are based overseas, their exposure before the Muppets was limited in the US. But some around the world...

    Is Palisades making Buffy?

Your best bet this late in the game is probably eBay for Tux Rowlf and especially Zoot. Someone may be able to post a link for Tux Rowlf but finding Zoot for anything under $50 is quite difficult at this point in time.

    Is Palisades making Buffy?

Yes, Ken visits very often but doesn't post as much as he used to. He is a busy guy though with the Palisades board, a wife and a baby on the way next month. Palisades also has a growing library of licenses in addition to the Muppets that keep him on his toes.

Muppet Show DVD's on clearance until June 30

At this point in time, if you want the 15 Time-Life DVD's, it's best to buy vol. 1-10 seperately, get 11-15 as a set, then use the 15% off coupon on everything. The 15 set was $150 until a couple months ago, so it's still a discount. Keep in mind Time-Life will only be selling their stock...

    Wembley is goin' to Canada!

Sounds fun Rick. Wow, there is a convention for "You Can't Do That On Television". Who all of the original cast will be there? Any chance of the series seeing a DVD release in the future.

    Father's Day Menu

The biggest challenge Jamie had with this menu was actually the castle. The image was put together from a lot of different pictures to create the final result. He edited and drew parts of the image in Photoshop to get the finished result that you see. As always, he did a fantastic job but I...

Why didn't they want Tutu Pepe this year?

With some of the changes, like Target dropping Tux Gonzo and Toys R Us dropping Animal, some of the figures had to be pushed back. Tutu Pepe got moved to 2005 and Scoutmaster Kermit got moved to series 10 just recently.

Fraggle DVD coming this summer in the US

Apparently some at HIT have seen it. But it's great to have it linked to this discussion so more folks can be reminded of the demand. It's wonderful to see more than 26,000 signatures. That speaks volumes. Hopefully we will eventually see all 96 episodes released in four box sets, even if it...

What happened to the PIS Sababa plush?

I was wondering this myself. We have a contact with Sababa and I will post here if we find out either way. Entertainment Earth had the PIS set listed and then it was just removed. It was last July or so when Sababa's stuff hit the market. I'm wondering how long their Muppet contract was...
