I looked up at the Toy Review book that Tutu Pepe is coming at the San Diego Comic Con but I checked out the Palisades Muppets release schedule that Tutu Pepe is NOT coming! Why didn't they want Tutu Pepe this year?

Why didn't they want Tutu Pepe this year?

With some of the changes, like Target dropping Tux Gonzo and Toys R Us dropping Animal, some of the figures had to be pushed back. Tutu Pepe got moved to 2005 and Scoutmaster Kermit got moved to series 10 just recently.
