The Muppets Kitchen with Cat Cora

I totally agree. This series has been pretty darn good overall so far, with a great deal of hilarious bits. Certain members here are being way too hard on this series and even harder on poor Angelo and Ms. Cora and need to give them much more of a chance. Besides, we only have a very small...

Which 2010 Virmup video should win the next Webby?

Just for fun. The Muppets and their YouTube viral videos have won the Webby Awards two years in a row so far. First,'s "Ode to Joy" won the 2009 Webby's, followed by "Bohemian Rhapsody" in 2010. Out of the 4 Muppet viral videos that debuted on YouTube this year ("Beaker's Ballad"...

The Brand New Ask Jim Lewis Thread

Another question for Jim Lewis: I know you may not be able to answer this one, but do you think you can tell us why it has been taking so long for the Muppet Show Season 4 DVD set (which was officially announced at the 2009 D23 Expo) to be released?

Muppet Show Season 4 coming in 2013

It's times like this that it would be nice if Gelfling Waldo of The Muppet Newsflash would pop around again and give us some answers. He doesn't seem to be so active anymore and his Muppet Newsflash site is very rarely updated these days. EDIT: Sometimes, I think another possible reason...

TMS acts that Statler & Waldorf actually liked

Another one to add to that list: -The Ant and the Grasshopper

TMS acts that Statler & Waldorf actually liked

As a side note, I noticed that :boo: & didn't seem to be as overly-negative towards the show in the first season as they became as the series progressed. Guess the more Muppet Shows they sat through, the more cynical and jaded they became towards the show overall.

The Brand New Ask Jim Lewis Thread

I've got one: "Another Webby bites the dust" (Floyd's 5-word Webby speech)--scripted or ad-libbed?

    New Video: Muppets' Popcorn!

If he did, then he probably would've already made her into an entree, if he hadn't already done so. :D

    New Video: Muppets' Popcorn!

Another winner! I really love the brief instrumental of the Swedish Chef's theme music from TMS at the very beginning.

    Toy Story 3

No. That's not what I was responding to. I was responding to the remarks against the film being in 3D instead of 2D. That's what I found prejudiced, since 2D and 3D animation both deserve to exist and co-exist.

    Toy Story 3

Those both sound like extremely prejudiced remarks, IMO. Very anti-Jim...

    Toy Story 3

Don't you mean Lord Farquaad (the villian in the first Shrek film)?
  17. Duke Remington

    Toy Story 3

Don't judge a book by its cover. In this case, don't judge a film by its trailer. "Tangled" could end up being a lot better than what any trailers could be leading some to believe. You never know.

Is there an overrated/underrated Muppet production?

Why must you all make fun of kids? Now, THAT is something to cry about--adults making fun of kids, which is downright shameful. :grouchy:

Is there an overrated/underrated Muppet production?

I'm going to have to disagree with you on the Studio DC programs, which, IMO, do not deserve all this flack on here and are actually kinda underrated, at least now. Those specials were necessary in an attempt to get the often-hard-to-reach tween demographic interested in the Muppets and make...

    The New Movie: The Muppets

What? More discrimination? There ARE at least some tweens out there who do love the Muppets, so please be courteous, respectful and think before you talk.
