I fully agree. Let's hope that we'll get to see more of Piggy's nicer sides (which she did show at least sometimes in the old days) in future episodes, with her being nicer to the other Muppets, regarding them as her friends and family, etc.

That's alright. Did McClellan say how close they are to getting all the music rights cleared and that the remaining TMS DVDs may very well get released during the new show's run? Did she say that they have to get clearances from the guest stars' estates in addition to obtaining the music...

I do agree that Piggy was actually in character this time, with her trying unsuccessfully to deny and hide her inner pains.

The relationship always seemed to be based on lust. I don't even recall Piggy ever saying that she liked Kermit for his personality. All the more reason to be happy for Kermit's newfound freedom from that psychotic sow.

Lighten up.

Of course, I don't always complain. It's just that I need to vent and have a VERY legitimate gripe here. And another thing--Piggy needs to drop her paranoia and hypocritical tendencies and stop getting mad at, and beating up, every single other female Kermit interacts with and stop thinking...

I really appreciate that. Believe me. Somebody needs to tell Steve Whitmire and Eric Jacobson to do away with the Flanderized versions of Kermit, Piggy and their dynamics that they've goaded into doing for much too long and get the two characters back on an even playing field like they were in...

I said it before and I'll say it again--Kermit MUST stop being a cowering wuss already! He has to go back to standing up to Piggy and telling her off like he didn't hesitate to do in the old days, which I really hope he'll actually do in the episode. He is still Piggy's boss after all.
