One of my ex-girlfriends made a 55-minute DVD compilation of favorite Sesame Street outtakes and skits. I'm surprised dozens of Muppet fans don't do this. I'd love to see someone compile a 10-DVD retrospective boxed set.
It looks like this:

...and I've never taken mine out of its box.
I don't think any the songs went through changes, but (as you just described) there is some additional dialogue before and/or after some of the them. The one bit of dialogue that's missing from the CD version is at the very end. After Big Bird asks "What's the alphabet?" Bert says something like...

How about a trade? I've got the first two Fraggle Rock DVDs ("Where it All Began" and "Dance Your Cares Away"), and each of them was only played once. They belonged to an ex-girlfriend, and she probably has the first season boxed set by now (I haven't seen her in about a year).
Since the auditions, I was hired for a children's video entitled "Spanish is Fun with Rosi". I had to mime a puppet to a pre-recorded track, and it went a lot better than I thought it would. I'm going to receive a copy of the video when it's edited, but in the meantime, you can check out Rosi...
Looking at these screen grabs, I realize I've never actually seen the special:

Anyone know if this'll ever come out on DVD? Sure would like to see it!
