I guess they could, but you wouldn't be profiting from the mural financially and the likelihood of them ever finding out about it next to nil.
Yep, if you were to open your house as a daycare center, that's where the problem comes in. Because then you'd be representing your business with...
Oh yeah, this did really happen. It was about fifteen years ago though I think. An intoxicated Mickey was spouting foul language and roughed up one kid. The family tried to sue, but they were no match for the Disney corporate lawyers, and they got nothing.
I've seen the Disney vs. the daycare center thing firsthand. It happened to a daycare center in the town where I was living in Florida a few years ago. Just why should the daycare center be able to paint Disney characters? What's wrong with generic things like rainbows, etc... to brighten up...
Hey Mr. Floyd Pepper,
Here's the link to the topic revealing what the surprise is if you don't mind spoilers:

Wong, what kind of impression are you trying to give the forum about Canada, eh? ;)
"Cold outside"? Where are you from in Canada? I mean, I know that in Alberta they had that freaky snow in July this year, but in my area we had the second hottest July on record, with temps in the 90's F...
Yeah, I had Paypal call me once too. Actually I called them. Paypal actually hires out this security service, so it isn't really Paypal calling you, it's a third party security service. For some strange reason, this service wasn't allowed to phone outside the U.S., so when my number came up...
Looks like Dr. Teeth is back on the rise. The last four on ebay have all closed at over $90.00 (which is what the book value is in the newest Toyfare magazine, up from $40.00 last month).
As a result of what? The members own impatience? Awwwww....
Mike, let me assure you that the club is appreciated by the majority of the board members here, and the members of your club who aren't part of this forum. No one here wants to see the club close (wait a minute, any lurking...
What they heck are you people doing with these puppets??? ;)
Wow, I can't believe they won a lawsuit against Whimsy's House. I really don't see the comparison to character design there.
Shoot, I have one of those Headless Horseman buried in my toy room somewhere. I wonder how he's doing? After reading that, I'm definitely not buying the Star Trek Enterprise figures, with the rubber like skin over their crotch joints. I suspected this would happen eventually, but not that...
Yeah, they must be getting jammed with votes. I just had the same problem. Sounds like if all the forum voted for the video we mightbe a drop in the ocean of votes.
I don't care if the figures all have to stand in the bus, but I really hope that they fit in the bus. I really got cheesed at Playmates for making the Simpsons family car and the Springfield Elementary bus but none of the interactive figures fit in it.
Hey Struble, just click on that little email like under my post here and send me a note, requesting the club email for Fozzie and I'll send it to ya. :)
Yeah, Lucas is definitely top dog in the "sick my lawyers on them" department. Disney is up there too. Then you have franchises that are more lax, like Star Trek. They used to let their fans get away with murder, but I think that has to do with the fact that the fans were such diehards that...
When you consider that there are only four figs per series with the Muppet Show, it isn't as bad as other lines with six or eight or thirty-two different figures released per wave. Palisades really isn't asking much for us to dive in head first.
