That was by far the best episode i've seen in a long time. yes his cure came rather quickly, but it was a well written, well performed and very funny show. cookie monster is a timeless classic, and it's great that they're using him more this season.

I cry at the end of the Muppet Show. It's so painful to watch, that when it's finally over, I'm so relieved I just ball my eyes out. hahahahahahahaha

cookie fan... i get the same thing ... it used to be where i am that they showed SS 4 times ... 7am and 9:30am were the same and the 12pm and 5pm were the same. but now with the new season, it's a little different. now the new ones are on at 9:30am, and the last 3 days they showed older...

i also enjoy the fact that there wasn't the same style as last season. last season the story took place in one segment ... this episode had a few cartoons and things in between which was great. i loved the telly, rosita, bob verion of "i dont want to live on the moon" the wayne brady...

1 complaint .... there was the same number and letter of day sketch .. that's what i really wanted to see. the new JTE looks better. i actually enjoyed it. highlight of the show was when the monster grabbed bert and did the tango lol.

i just checked out the epsidoes for sesame street on tvguide.com the other day and with shows that center around Cookie Monster, Bert/Ernie and Grover, this first week is looking pretty good if. do u think that the writers will go back to having storylines around the more classic characters...
