    The Hoobs

the episodes I saw all had British children. I love the simple design of the main characters (particularly Iver and Groov) and similar to Fraggles, I lthink the character are very well defined. I particularly like a lot of the little shoulder and neck movements you get out of Iver. The...

    The Hoobs

Found the DVD of this last week at the grocery store and bought it on whim for my daughter and I to watch. Why didn't somebody tell me about this show and how awesome it is! I really like this thing and hope they put more on DVD. Are there any other Hoob fans on this forum?

    Ugly Toys.

I'm goingto go out on a limb and say that at some pint the company who made those keychains made Dr. Seuss keychains. Snuffy looks a lot like Horton there.

Is Fraggle Rock Animated worth buying?

see I've never gone looking for it so I wouldn't know. Second option: See if your local library has either the complete animated series or one of the single FR releases that had a few animated episodes as extras, then make the decision. As think about it now the last time I saw an animated...

Is Fraggle Rock Animated worth buying?

I found it the other day at Borders, but passed on it. I actually think The Animated Fraggle Rock is one of the worst things Jim Henson ever did and simply cannot stand it. The stories are done in a way so that you can cram as much as you can into 12 minutes (half of a 24 min show, obviously)...

    Favorite Muppet Show...

I think the Harry Belafonte episode is easily the BEST that show had to offer! Hands down. Although, Christopher Reeve, Chris Langham, Paul Simon, Dizzie Gillespie, and John Cleese, and Lynda Carter are also great episodes.

The Muppets have a table read for the new "Greatest" Muppet movie

Awesome news! I can't wait to see what other 'obscure characters' make it into the film. But more importantly I'm hoping to see some not so obscure faces like Floyd, Lew, Robin, Rowlf, Scooter, etc. Come on Muppets Holding Co., you've done a really good job on the last few projects (viral...

    Controversial Topics

I just want to jump in here and say how much I love the irony here that a tread about wanting to see more controversial topics has in itself become a controversial topic. Delicious! --Matt
