Odd -- my out-of-the-box Kira's head is much looser than my Jen, though neither is horribly floppy. Jen has a wider, taller neck than Kira, so I was blaming that. Guess not. Neither doll fits properly in its stand for me.

Any advice? I've never been able to find anyone willing to sell me a copy of this. I have a special fondness for the John Denver/Muppet collaborations. My Muppet video collection is rather stock, but I do have scores of weird cult film items I'd be willing to trade.
