Actually, PBS wasn't involved in Youth '68. Both that and The Cube were "Experiments in Television", experimental television productions which originally aired on NBC.
IMO, Disney died in a helicopter crash. (I refer to the helicopter crash that killed Frank Wells; as soon as he died, Eisner had no Roy-like partner who could complement Eisner, and everything came crashing down...)
Let's see:
He ate the entire set of the "Cookie Disco" segment;
He ate a typewriter in "Christmas Eve on Sesame Street";
He ate a pickup truck on one episode of SS;
He ate Hooper's Store in another episode of SS...
Oh, I guess it was Friday/early Saturday's episode, then...I missed that.
But I did see last night's 12:00 Electric Company episode, with an "ou" skit using the word "grouch"...featuring J. Arthur Crank singing a song to Oscar the Grouch (in a rare Electric Company cameo) about how great of a...
Here is something that's been baffling me:
I've heard a song on MC Radio by one of the jug bands from TMS...the lyrics involved something about "bacon" or "beans," and either the title or the lyrics contained "barbecue" or "dinner"...it is not "Barbecue," from Emmet Otter's Jug-Band...
How about when the Count sleeps over at Ernie and Bert's, and keeps Ernie awake counting sheep?
And also, how about when Ernie was counting sheep, but it was too boring to him, so he decided to count fire engines, which woke Bert up?
