Gonzo may be bisexual.
In the Leslie Uggams episode, he is singing to Camilla, however falls for Big Bird when he sees him walk past.
This is assuming Big Bird is male. I'm assuming he is seeing Caroll Spinney is male and also he sings "Love Will Keep Us Together" with Leslie Uggams.
When I was younger all I did was watch the Muppet Show. My mum & grandmothers would tape it each week and I had about 10 videos full I would watch on continuous loop.
The songs I remember watching the most were "Teenager In Love" - Connie Stevens, "They Canr take That Away FRom Me" - Nancy...
BEST OF THE MUPPET GUESTS:
1. Opening Theme (Connie Stevens)
2. Teenager In Love - Connie Stevens & the Mutation
3. Razzle Dazzle - Joel Grey
4. Cant take My Eyes Off You - Ruth Buzzi
5. SKETCH - Muppet Panal - Conversation As A Dying Art with Rita Moreno
6. Fever - Rita Moreno
7. Sing - Lena...
Season 3 - Lesley Ann Warren, Leslie Uggums, Raquel Welch, Gilda Radner, Marisa Berenson, Elke Sommer, Cheryl Ladd, Loretta Lynn... so many great episodes appeared in this season.
How about new interviews with surviving guest stars. I know a lot of them have passed away, but to my knowledge the following Season 2 guests are still alive:
*Judy Collins
*Jaye P Morgan
*John Cleese
*Dom DeLuise
*Bernadette Peters
*Julie Andrews
*Cleo Laine
*Rich Little
*Petula Clark...
My fave scene with Beau is in the Elke Sommer episode:
Kermit (to Beau & Beaker): You two are going to build a set for Elke's closing number.
Beau: Oh sure. What kind of number is it?
Kermit: Its a spectacular tribute to Ancient Egypt so the
set has to really be impressive.
Beau: Oh...
The song is called "It Was A Very Good Year".
I love the Linda Lavin episode.
Ever since I first saw it I wanted a massive birthday cake with all the muppets climbing up it singing to me.
hehe
