I'm really enjoying this story MW... but something I noticed in the last chapter:
You've got the time zone set at 2010. When I believe it should have been 1977.
At least you have stores that sell stuff. Here in Canada, our selection of Muppet stuff is few and far between.
I end up getting my stuff online, (paying through the nose for shipping) or on the off chance I can make it state-side.
Oh how I wish Canada had Kohl's....
Well folks, the economy has finally caught up with me as well. So, as much as it pains me to do so. I've got up for sale some things I hope there will be interest in.
I prefer paypal, but will do cheques and such as well.
Please let me know if there is any interest at all.
Palisades...
Hey all, I tried doing some photo manipulations on the fuzzy crowd scene, and I think I found a few more muppets.
Here's without labels: http://i964.photobucket.com/albums/ae128/piratebloodnose/crowdsceneblank.jpg
and with labels...
I'm thinking that this list of cameos are mostly going to be a few seconds of the stars on the red carpet before the big show.
Someone interviewing them, where Joan Rivers would fit right in.
Kind of like at the beginning of Zoolander... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HwazeNdKBiw skip to 3:40...
Hey Andi,
I don't know what to tell you, my Zoot had the exact opposite problem.
His legs were almost too loose and wouldn't support his weight, I ended up fixing it by adding a bit of glue to his joints, and moved them around while they dried. His legs stand about perfectly now.
My...
Well, how do I put this?.... .... when a mommy muppet and a daddy muppet love each other very much....
Actually, during the run of the Muppet Show, I believe most muppets were made by the actual performers. So, while there indeed probably was an official muppet workshop somewhere (most...
Truly great work as usual.
It's nice to see them all put into one post instead of searching through dozens of posts to find various uploads.
Keep up the good work!
Good to hear that Bill!
The town I live in is downstream from a Northern city that got about 6 feet of snow this winter so far. We had a few days above freezing and its all melting now.
The river is threatening to flood here as well.
I purchased one off that ebay seller. Being in Canada, FAO won't ship to me. Luckily this guy bought a bunch of the PAL Piggies.
He's a great ebayer! Feel safe purchasing from him. Also, he's definately willing to haggle over price. :)
My advice would be to try and collect at least one version of all of the characters. Granted some characters are harder to find at a decent price than others. ie)Rowlf, Zoot, Lips to name a few
After you've got the mains start collecting the variants.
Then there's the exclusives, the megas, and...
You're not a jerk.
I honestly understand why you're trying to get as much as you can. Really, who wouldn't? Also, it's clearly not your fault that there are shipping stickers on the box. So, kudos to you for trying!
Nice find good sir!
Personally, I'm very happy that they're filming in real places (ie:outdoors) instead of stages made to look like outside.
The natural lighting is where our friends belong.
