okay...now THAT'S funny...
way to crack the whip, Mike! heh heh...slackers
(i just realized how lucky i am that MY boss doesn't stop into this board and see how much time i spend chatting when i'm supposed to be working...)
*sigh* i guess no one's gonna finish my joke...
Wookie: go to http://www.cthe.com (columbia tristar home entertainment), scroll down to "about sony pictures" and click on that. then scroll down to the bottom where there's a link for "Feedback". it's a form, but that's the closest thing...
you know, if i could type in "Swedish Chef-ese", i could make a really funny joke right about now...but as it stands, i can't without a lot of thought, and i'm typing this post while teaching this person on my phone how to "right click" the mouse (seriously) so i can't put too much thought into...
i am SO not touching that joke...
and for the record, i'm gonna have to agree with Nate. VHS is on the way out, no question about it. but it won't, and it CAN'T go away completely until people can make their own recordings fairly inexpensively without it. if course, i think we're a LOT...
not to speak for anyone else, but personally, i LOVE it. i wish MY co-workers were good enough friends that they could come into a public place, bash each other mercilessly, and everyone would think it's hilarious with no hard feelings.
you guys remind me of the comic PvP. i'll let you...
you know...upon further examination, i think if i put my mind to it, i could dig the cap over the magnet out and try and flip the magnet over...then glue the cap back in.
i would love to get someone's opinion on that before i get in there with an exacto...
or is the magnet IN that cap in...
so good they were already doing it, and they're STILL having problems...i have a Fozzie that proves that...
my suggestion is to have poorly trained monkeys try next time. at least they can't do any worse...
geez...that IS retarded...no offense, but glad you got a new place
that's so cool...i love that movie. if you ever want copies of some of the props, let me know. i have friends that have copies made from the originals. they're pretty easy to replicate, apparantly.
fair enough, i was just...
wow...that's a lot of info! so for those of us that ARE curious, can you give us an update on the other lines too? or if you'd rather not, that's cool too.
and about the magnets...is it possible to paint one side of the magnet, or alter one end so that you can tell which way it's supposed...
if all else fails, maybe one of the folks in here who was going to buy them but hasn't yet would be willing to work something out with you. i really wish i hadn't already opened mine when i read your post...
i really hope they pay attention because that's just crummy...
i thought i'd resurrect this thread just long enough to say that i bought the original movie on DVD this past week because i didn't have it yet and i wanted to before the other two came out. i just finally got a chance to watch it, and something i didn't realize was that Kevin Clash was both...
well, it was the only thing that struck me as..."off-putting" from the pictures so far. but even that was one of those things that after the first couple times looking at it, you go "you know...that's not so bad". but yes, i'm assuming. and you know what that does...
you know...when you have to go outside of the country entirely to find someone with a clear head...that's when you know you have a problem.
in other words, i agree with Amy. yes, what happened was horrible, but how do you think WE look to the innocent people we're bombing? i would think we...
yeah...when i was a receiver for Zany Brainy, we'd get stuff in sometimes 2 weeks in advance, but *I* respected the street date (unlike, say...Best Buy). but as soon as we closed on monday night, that junk hit the shelves. the 24-hour places have a habit of just being lazy...plain and simple...
i LOVE Swingers, i like Made a lot. I will be at a local Wal-Mart that actually puts stuff out at 12:01 when Monsters Inc. is released, i liked it that much, and i too have no comment on Star Wars.
i agree about easter eggs being for "fun stuff" also. you want frustration, try getting to...
