    There's Fabri-tac. The fumes aren't nearly as bad as contact cement. An open window will do the trick. Available at craft stores and fabric stores. The water based contact cement is made by Dap. I know Home Depot and Lowes both carry it in the stores by me (but not online). The Dap website...
