I love Harpies Bizarre too. There's also a great Green Acres website, I forget the name of it, but it has interesting articles. It even has a section of pictures sent in from fans of their scale models of Hooterville. I used to like fanfiction.net, until I got banned, and they deleted all of my...
I'm TVTome editor, Courage-Bagge!
I don't know about IMDb, they never accept my contributions, even though they are all correct.
I'm quite partial to http://www.edtropolis.com/index.html myself.
Yeah, that was the monster I was talking about. I wonder if he's just appearing just that one time, or if he's going to become a new street character. Either way, I can't wait to learn more about him.
My PBS has finally aired a new episode today (I don't know about you guys, but ever since this PBS Kids GO! thing started, their reruns have been out of order. Sesame Street lately has been reruns of the first 10 episodes from season 36 on MWF, then reruns of season 34 YAY! on TU and THU.) Who...
I haven't seen the handbook, no. But then again, I've only been a Green Acres fan for about a year now. My parents always introduce me to these wonderful, clean, classic sitcoms they grew up with, but Green Acres is a little different, a little special. I can't wait for season 3 either, I have a...
Wow, you ARE a big fan. I agree, Eddie is a great actor. I saw him this one time in a mini series where he was an attorney, I thought of Green Acres and thought "well, I guess once a lawyer, always a lawyer.) I'm sure you probablu have both seasons 1 and 2 on DVD huh? Clear as a bell, and UNCUT!!
I used to (and occasionally still do) post there as Courage-Bagge, which is what I'm known as at just about everywhere on the internet...'cept here. Lately, I agree Skeeter, it hasn't been as bad there, which is good, because I used to post there ALL the time, until these cracks and insults got...
That's EXACTLY the kind of atittude they make at ToonZone when you make a complaint about being cracked on. I remember this one time, someone made a rude crack at me (that;s why I RARELY go back to TZ, I'm a victim there of cracks), and I remember making a complaint about it, and that same...
I rarely visit the forums on my guides at TV Tome either. With me, at TV Tome, it's like I start a thread, and then NO ONE bothers to read it. Right now, I'm active in the forum to the Whose Line Is It Anyway guide.
What do you think is the most unfriendly forum?
I personally believe that would go to the ToonZone forums. The people there are very sarcastic, very argumentative, always ready to make a crack you for anything. Plus, they won't let me log on now.
Other than that, just about every other...
I JINXED IT!
I just saw that king again! Thankfully, I turned away before they could show his face (I just saw the back of him).
FOR THE LOVE OF CAKE, GET RID OF THAT KING!!!!
My friends, I believe this thread has worked, for weeks have passed by now, and I haven't seen that creepy king at all!
(Church choir now stands and sings the Hallelujah chorus!)
WE HAVE VICTORY!
Caroll still does perform Oscar, but from what I've heard, John is performing Oscar to the same extent that Matt Vogel is doing Big Bird. Jim DID perform Grover in the early post-Sesame Street days (when he was the green, nameless little monster). And from what I've read throughout the forum...
I'm trying to do a list of Sesame Street Muppets that have gone through cast changes since 1969, see if there's anyone I've left out.
* Big Bird (Caroll Spinney, Matt Vogel)
* Oscar the Grouch (Caroll Spinney, John Tartaglia)
* Elmo (Brian Muehl, Richard Hunt, Kevin Clash)
* Ernie (Jim...
Here's my list of top 50 shows. (Yes, this list does include kiddie shows, but these are classics.
(in alphabetically order/any title in all caps means my most favorites.)
1. All That! (Original eps only)
2. America's Funniest Home Videos
3. America's Most Wanted
4. The Andy Griffith Show...
I've been wondering about this for quite some time, so I thought I'd be smart and bring it up. Do the Honkers on Sesame ACTUALLY honk, or is it any special sound track insert.
