You know, looking up, the Roxanne parody seemed nice and I think How Now Brown and the Moo Wave could have pulled it off nice.
There are many 80's songs I feel like they could have parodies, but it seems like their purpose more was to parody music videos than songs.
I can definitely see the confusion there. Reminds me of when I was a kid and I got REALLY confused on why Ernie had a higher-pitched voice (in this case, Steve Whitmire, compared to others, same thing with Kermit the frog; of course, years later I found out Jim passd away); I can even imagine...
Politics in general just bug me. All it is is just people having hissy fits and throwing "he said", "she said" stories.
The sad thing is, I've lost a couple friends over politics.
Frankly I wanted to come back on this forum even before the whole Steve news came along. I only abandoned it 9...
Not sure if this clip's been mentioned on here yet or not, but found a clip of Ingrid when she was Mona Monster with Telly.
Only downfall is (and it doesn't surprise me either).... It's in Portuguese. :smirk:
One of my favorite songs from my personal favorite Muppet movie. I've always found this song to be so trippy, especially the explosions from the exhaust pipe backfiring. :D
I think it's probably because of all the explosives and physical Comedy gags that happen within the commercials.
Frankly I see these two as nothing more than one-joke characters, and they sure pull it off well.
I think the time slot would be normal. The only things I see being "edited" are any skits that I guess you could say have a bit too much adult humor? That's all I can think of.
Something I just realized.
Gary and Mary have the same names as one you would refer to a character who's too perfect. Mary-sue and Gary-Stu.
Something that popped up in my head....
Well, in the meantime, we can listen to this song on repeat while we wait for the video to hopefully surface soon.
(Also, oh my god, this song is even more beautiful in PAL audio).
In the meantime, I'm going to say I'm still going to be a fan of the Muppets till the day I die. Behind the scenes issues will never ruin the way I see them.
Oh, here's another fanbase I should bring up.
Goanimate.
That's literally self-explanatory. The people who make those god-awful "grounded" videos have the WORST temper tantrums I've EVER seen in my life when you don't agree to the style of their videos.
