And it IS a horrid commercial!
For one thing, anything Hogan's Heroes sucks, and secondly, what was the point of having Carol Channing if all she was going to do was watch them all like "OMG! IT'S JELL-O! THE LIGHT DESSERT WITH FRESH FRUIT TASTE AND... OH LORDY! DRRRRRRRRRRREAM WHIP! WITH...
I know, he's making fun of me because I'm one of the few people in the world who actually appreciate the laugh track, and here I am saying a commercial with a laugh track is a terrible commercial.
I guess I'm being oximoronic.
Irregardless it's a stupid commercial.
There's a commercial with Andy and Barney promoting Grape Nuts, and it has a laugh track. I've seen Eddie Munster talk about how much Herman loves Cheerios, and it had a laugh track.
I think it's how they dub them. I noticed certain dubs of certain shows sound like the background (and theme) music had been re-recorded in that creepy MIDI format that nobody even likes!
Well... two things...
1. I'm happy to see traditional animation is making a comeback for feature films in general!
2. Does it HAVE to be another Disneyized fairy tale?
I'm not sure... they COULD be, but it's hard to tell.
All I know is Ross Jr. and Janice Karman both have this obsessive love syndrome; they can't stand the idea of The Chipmunks being out of action for anything (hence why Ross was POed when Universal cheated him), so I think The Chipmunks...
This was a great show, and I thought it had potential, too bad it didn't last long.
It reminded me a lot of Rocky and Bullwinkle, and that was a smart show, so I thought this show was quite smart as well... to a degree anyway...
