Again, shows like Fraggle Rock and Get Smart had an average run on TV, so they don't need a "complete series" set!

My own MC memories with Bill

Boy Mart, this was quite sad to read... I'm glad to see you were in the frame of mind to regularly exercize to manage your weight and all, but I'm sorry that led to your grandmother being cranky about you being out too long, and the eventual friction between you and your mother. I certainly...

Anyone Famous Come from Your Hometown?

Thought this would be a fun idea for a thread, and I was inspired by the episode of M*A*S*H, where Radar is in awe at the fact that one of the 4077th's latest casualties was a football hero from his hometown, Ottumwa, Iowa. So, does anyone obscure, or relatively famous come from your...

    Looney the Two-Faced Snowth

Heh, they think there's two of me! That's the most ridiculous thing I ever heard! Tell me about it, where would they get an idea like that? Who can tell? Some of the guys are weird. Kind of like me. Exactly.

    Looney the Two-Faced Snowth

Lol, thanks Marty! He knows you weren't really being serious, right? What do you mean? It's possible. Oh, so you think you're going to get Bipolar disorder or something? I didn't say that, I'm just saying it's possible. Oh, that's about as possible as having a split personality...

    Looney the Two-Faced Snowth

But it's still interesting: this AND the fact that I'm a Gemini, and I know sometimes I can talk to myself as if I'm two different people... who knows?

    Looney the Two-Faced Snowth

http://news.yahoo.com/s/ap/20080901/ap_on_he_me/med_older_dads_bipolar So with that, AND the fact that I'm a Gemini, I could really grow up to be a two-face! Like the Batman villain!

My own MC memories with Bill

Very interesting indeed Marty, this is certainly a VERY original way to carry out a retrospective, can't wait to read more!

R.I.P. "That Announcer Guy Who Announces All the Movies"

You probably know him as "That Announcer Guy Who Announced All the Movies", with his famous opening lines "In a world where...", but his real name was Don Lafontaine, and he died at 68 today, though it hasn't been said what the cause of death is/was. Rest in peace Voiceover King.
