They sure do have a great selection of different kinds of fur... I like how they dubbed that specific kind of fur "Punky Muppet", and use monsters as an example of the fur's use.
I'm happy to see they also have the color I'm looking for... but 25 bucks a yard under five yards? That's steep...
Yeah, AmIAnnoying.com lists one of these reasons Jim Henson was annoying was that "the goofy sounding" voice he used for Kermit was his natural voice.
I agree, Kermit's voice isn't goofy-sounding at all, but Jim did say in an interview that Kermit's voice is so close to his own that he'll...
The pillows are against me this time... sure, pillows are coming in the color I would like to use, but the texture of the fur has changed, and apparently that "shaggy" monster-like fur is "out".
On top of that, still no fabric store has anything I'm looking for - Jo Ann has everything else...
With how shakey the economy still is at this moment, I doubt irregardless of the sales stores have that most people would take advantage of them this year.
I mean, that's just my thoughts...
I would think the mouth, in general, would work better if the mouth plate was in two separate pieces, as opposed to being a bent piece of whatever anyway.
Well, that's better than being the Easter Bunny... you'd probably end up with a bag/plastic pumpkin full of painted eggs.
Or maybe as Santa, you'll end up with coal instead of rocks... :smirk:
Well... maybe next year you should try just going as yourself to get a rock... :p
Either way, you'll just have to watch out for squirrels bearing "bubble gum", that's really shredded cardboard inside gum wrappers.
So no one actually gave you a rock? Man, now I'm out whatever I amount I bet to begin with, which was probably a miniscule amount to begin with...
*Opens wallet, moth flies out*
Was that really David playing Cookie? It didn't quite sound like David's Cookie to me, I thought they probably had gotten someone else for this appearance.
I was perusing through Jo-Ann today to get to see if they had the necessary fabric and materials I would need to build new puppets; I need basically three essential colors in fleece, and managed to find two of those colors in the perfect fleece (I know it's not antron, but it is really fuzzy and...
So I was at Books-A-Million today? And the weirdest thing I saw next to pre-sale prices for Sarah Palin's book of crap was comic books of - Michael Jackson, Joe Biden, and Oprah Winfrey to name a few.
I'm trying to remember where I saw a recent pic of Alan taken with him wearing glasses to do a side-by-side comparison to triple-check... I think it was taken with Sonia, and Emilio's RL wife...
Hey, does anyone else besides me find it odd that a couple of the videos for vote for for the 90s are remakes? Ernie and Bert's "Imagination" (the original is one of my all-time favorite bits) and "Everybody Sleeps"?
Please keep in mind that this is NOT in anyway a racist/"they all look alike" post, I'm genuinely curious if this is actually Alan Muraoka in this Ameritrade ad seen on Yahoo!'s homepage...

I mean, that's the first thing that hit me...
I thought I was a little confused there for a moment... on the subject of the songs and whatnot, I thought you were refering to a CD set like "Songs from the Street" that maybe hadn't been officially announced yet.
Yeah, I'm definitely getting the DVD set, though.
