I know Drtooth, it's BAD! MySpace has done such a job Facebookifying themselves recently (thank God they're leaving our PROFILES alone... take a hint, YouTube), that the site has now slowed to a snail's pace... just like Facebook! That was one of the reasons I liked MySpace better than Facebook...
This is actually both a "I SAW something REALLY weird today" and a "I HEARD something REALLY weird today".
Anyshoe, I was watching a runthrough video on YouTube of the original Super Mario Bros. NES game, showing the Minus Worlds and the Frustration Worlds (there's no floor)... and the first...
Oh wow, yeah thanks, I had actually forgotten about a lot of my M*A*S*H art ><
I really need to do more Muppet art myself, because it's been so few and far between really...
I check out all your stuff Drtooth, as I've said many times before, I like your style, and the stuff you whip up is pretty great.
At the same time, again, it's obvious nobody cares about my non-Chipmunk art... so... I dunno... I guess I'll whip up something for my watchers in the future...
1. What do you like about the forum? Mainly that there's really no other like it... so many forums are so impersonal, or are full of trolls and such, but Muppet Central is really like instant family... a great, big, dysfunctional, cyber family.
2. What do you think the main purpose of the forum...
Kind of reminds me of another Atari commercial from the 80s where Alan Alda was a little girl's grandpa demonstrating the "Atari Writer" software that turned an Atari computer into a Word Processor.
Man, I remember when I was a little kid, my parents had a Word Processor, and I thought it was...
I got on YouTube this morning, and was very happy to see they switched back to the old video pages... but knowing them, I doubt this'll last for very long. :|
I saw those in stores this past Christmas, but I wasn't sure how old they were, or how long they'd been around.
Other than that, once in a blue moon, I might find plushies/beanies of the 60s version in those rigged iron claw machines... sometimes I'll even see seasonal Rocky and Bullwinkle...
Who WOULDN'T be mad at Alvin? I mean, he's a little red-capped jerk-wad butt-faced twerp! It's a wonder he's never drove Dave to the point of suicide... or at least putting him back up for adoption.
Now I gotta wonder... since there's going to be ANOTHER movie, and since the official...
If they toned down Brittany, I can put up with that very well... I remember in the old days of fanfics I always tried to write Brittany with more of a heart than she did on the show, and that seemed to go over well with other fans.
I haven't heard anything about how The Chipettes did in the Squeakquel, other than the lack of Simon and Jeanette moments... I hear it was most Alvin/Brittany.
My concern was how they would change their personalities to appeal to today's audiences, because I always liked Jeanette and...
I'm wondering about my having Big Bird's birthday special posted on YouTube...
I doubt this one would be released on DVD anytime, and if it was and Lionsgate distributed it, and removed my vids, I'm wondering if I should dispute it, because SW is actually letting me the special posted, so...
Is that kind of like that episode of Rocko where they played the theme song for "Mervin the Happy Cat" in the dog pound, and all the stray dogs went crazy?
The only one I've heard about being banned recently was NantoVision for posting the Muppet Meeting Films... not sure that's connected, but he did come back.
But yeah, I'm serious. Just this morning I went to watch Ray Charles' rendition of "Bein' Green" from the 20th anniversary SST special...
I see that a few Classic SST clips have been removed by YouTube, but this time, they said it's because of copyright claims by Lionsgate... so what's their deal? Are they associated with somebody who released these clips on old VHSs, or are they simply being donkeys like Viacom and WB and...
I feel the same; in rare cases, I won't refine doodles with "final drafts" if I can't seem to give them anything beyond that... that's been the cases for the origins of the characters for my old comic strip series from the early and mid 2000s... or even The Squirrely Squirrels.
That's where...
There's ALWAYS room for Jell-O!
The light dessert with fresh fruit taste!
With Drrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrream Whip on top!
At only 14 calories per tablespoon, it has more than just the flavor of whipped cream!
Oh, sorry... I was quoting a cheesy commercial the cast of Hogan's Heroes did...
