I have used gasket rubber on a number of puppets, and yeah it's super flexible, I would imagine gasket rubber is used on the real Kermit.

Sorry, not really a fan of Homestar Runner. Pretty much the other fandoms I'm into (other than the Muppets) are: Doctor Who, Star Wars, The Twilight Zone (if that counts), Looney Tunes, and pretty much any musical or play.
