How do you mean your spaziness in glasses? I'm kind of curious about that, that sounds like an interesting neurosis.
I think so... it's like half of the time, people like her work their ways up, becoming who they are today, then once they do, they kind of "regret" it, in a way, then work to try...
At least, said biopics usually end up being forgotten stories, that end up in the $5 discount bin at Walmart... but the thing is, the same thing happens to genuinely good, well-done biopics as well, such as Radio.
Actually, it seems like every other animated movie within the last several years or so has had that exact same hidden message... but interestingly, it was Happy Feet that ended up drawing controversy about the matter about, "Brainwashing our kids with subject matter".
Oh, as for a "Mushfest" tape... I got a good one...
Their 1992 "Mushfest", leading into Nick at Nite, with The Muppets' Valentine Show, back when Nick at Nite had a special Muppet block on Sunday nights (I believe in tribute to Jim's death).
That's where my recording of The Christmas Toy...
Over the Hedge was kinda... eh... blah... I mean, it wasn't the worst non-Shrek DreamWorks movie, but it certainly wasn't the best... of course then again, I was in the middle of suffering from a depression when I saw it, so that probably effected how I was able to enjoy it.
Oh, don't remind me... I was so upset when DC did that major overhaul years ago, and did away with the Cartoon Cartoons comics and brought out that horrible "CN Block Party" junk. Now you've made me wanna dive under my bed, and pull out my box of comic books and re-read all of them, lol...
How old is this one? I don't remember even remotely HEARING of it... when I was a kid watching Nick, we had All That, Kenan & Kel, The Amanda Show, Are You Afraid of the Dark?, Figure it Out, The Adventures of Pete and Pete, Clarissa Explains it All, and a few others whose titles are escaping...
Admittedly, it's NOT the BEST movie that was ever made, but it's not the worst either... it's certainly a lot better than most comedy movies these days (like pretty much all those Jason Segel-esque manure piles).
I think another thing about it too is that post-Austin Powers, does anybody even...
I just read that not only has The Jersey Shore (ugh) been renewed for a new season, but the entire cast has been negociated huge salary raises (UGH), especially for Snooki (UGH).
Now, what about huge raises for NORMAL people?
Lol, I still have my foamy EEE keychain.
But I have to disagree somewhat, when I was a kid, EEE was already pretty big when it premiered, and it received quite a bit of hype beforehand (individual "Meet X", and all kinds of other promos and such), and when it finally came on, it was the talk...
You know what's funny though?
I bet there were people who grew up in the 60s and 70s who thought thew "new" SST of the 80s and 90s was terrible, while those who grew up inthe 80s and 90s think today's SST is terrible, and even in another ten or twenty years from now, people who grew up with...
See, that's kind of how I envisioned them doing such water scenes... or at least, like if it was a limbo puppet set, they did the body of water like a little waterbed or something, with a special glove or something for the puppeteer to stick his hand into for the puppet in the water.
Wow...
I honestly believe it's the latter, because I've noticed that all kinds of franchises and such actually draw in a surprising number of emo followings.
Funnily enough, there's like a curse with Jim Carrey: look at all these movies, such as Bewitched, Land of the Lost, and as it turns out, even...
That's exactly what I was saying.
Sorta.
:smirk:
The Grinch was a power-house, mainly because it was Christmas: Christmas is VERY marketable after all, it's a major holiday, lots of cashflow from people buying things like presents, decorations, specials and such... it's like Lucy Van...
