There's a video of it on Vimeo: it's basically almost like Photoshop, they shot each individual character (against bluescreen), then super-imposed them into the arches, then super-imposed all of them into the final shot.
It works for full-bodied shots (like Walter dancing), but it takes away from the warmth, realism, and believability of the scene if they basically green-screen or blue screen the location entirely. I know it's "cheaper" to do it that way, but really, can't the movie industry find other areas to...
Beau baby! Good to see ya you old bean! Listen, believe it or not, last night, I had some kind of yellowish goopy consistency on my mashed potatoes last night, and I thought of you, because it was kind of like that big pot of... stuff... that you gave me as a going away present back in the day. ><
Haha, well thank yuh!
Hey now, that isn't fair to anyone else... I mean, whoever ended up having a ten-page birthday thread? I don't think I need ten pages of hippy bathdays. O.O
That was a cool little short; of course that's not exactly the way it happened, but it's still an interesting interpretation nonetheless. I also love the little touch of when Jim extended his hand, in the tight shot, we see Ernie and Bert's hands shaking.
Yeah, we're ALL broke these days... as the ol' song goes, "This is the recession/I forgot to mention/that we're all poor here (OY!!!)/They're takin' our house now/and our pension..."
Yayz! :excited:
And thanks Charlie, Yuna, and Hayley! :D
When it comes to basing a movie on a game, it's best to do so with a game that actually made sense in the first place... like with that Super Mario Bros. movie, even though I like it in it's own way, the game it's based on doesn't really make that much sense on paper anyway, which is probably...
My mind's more like "rabbit ears"... there's always like many different thoughts going on at the same time... no wonder I usually don't sleep good at night, lol... but I can't help it, I've tried controling my mind and my thoughts, but it's like my mind has a mind of it's own (no pun intended)...
I remember at some point last year, the southern tip of town apparently had an earthquake that people across the entire town said they could feel... I didn't feel a thing! I didn't even know there WAS an earthquake until I heard about it on the news later that day! I mean I was awake when it...
**** no! Look at the way Disney handled the Muppets in general, took us seven years just to get a movie, after getting a TV movie, a TV special, but countless other projects shelved.
Yep. It's only a matter of time before they up and give away the rights to another company and drop out of the project.
Sid the Science Kid and Dinosaur Train seem to be all they care about anymore.
