Last year, we had some of the worst weather I had ever seen: in February, we had a sudden freak thunderstorm that put a vast majority of the city in feet of water... it's not everyday you turn on...
Now they've changed the story, they're saying it's NOT La Nina we're having this year, but another El Nino, which does generally cause above average temperatures for summer through fall (like last year).
