    Olivia and Snuffy

Yeah. That's a good question. I remember Olivia and Snuffy singing "One Little Star." But that was about it. She was probably in the episode where everybody finally met Snuffy, but I haven't seen that one in years so I really don't know.

    Question about 1975 Christmas album...

Speaking of which, I was listening to some Sesame Street music samples from Amazon yesterday and I heard Elmo singing Big Bird's famous ABC-DEF-GHI song. Freaky.

Your Favorite "My Favorite Sesame Street Moment"

I agree. I would like to see more clips of Kermit or older sketches or whatever even if they're not really part of the show.

    Jerry Nelson Recasts

I know what you're talking about. I saw it at a mall yesterday. It sounds really good. I'd like to watch it sometime. It would be nice to see Caroline Rhea playing a witch once again. Anyway, I'm falling into my usual habit of getting off topic. Actually, I didn't think the DVD was so new...

    Monster Piece Theatre

Okay. Thanks for the info. I really don't remember that one at all. I guess they stopped playing that sketch when Kevin started performing Elmo. I do remember a lot of the other Monsterpiece Theater's that were mentioned here though such as "39 Stairs." I've also read the script of "Twin...

    Monster Piece Theatre

Let's see. I liked Grover in "Upstairs, Downstairs." I also liked when :) and a female Muppet did "Gone With the Wind." By the way, wasn't there an MPT sketch with Richard's Elmo? I thought I read about something like that at the jump the shark site, so I'm curious.

    Shirley Bassey episode

Thanks for the tip. Maybe we'll all move to australia. :D

    Early Songs

I've heard that one on Muppet Central radio. I believe it was Big Bird singing on the version I heard.

    Dreams about Muppets

I just had one last night where Julie Andrews was talking to Bert about a book he was reading, but I don't remember much else about that dream.

    Muppet references on "Full House"

Hmmmm. I don't remember any eps with Dave/Joey impersonating :o . Maybe the actor just used that impression in one of his stand-up comedy routines or something. I clearly don't remember it on "Full House."

    Whatever happened to Roosevelt Franklin?

Yeah, I know what you mean. I grew up in the Roscoe/Gordon area too, but I remember seeing Roosevelt Franklin in books and I think I remember seeing at least one or two of his skits in the 80s. "Figure it Out" was the one I remember, I believe.

Telly as Monster on the Spot - thoughts?

I agree. Telly's "Monster on the Spot" was good, but I much preferred Kermit's News Flashes. Too bad they can't use them as much anymore.

    Ethel appreciation thread

I agree. I really liked the "Driving Miss Ethyl" episode. It was good too see Earl finally become friendly with Ethyl. I also liked "Hurling Day" and the afterlife episode.

    Shirley Bassey episode

I know what you mean. The Timelife videos don't show the original season one credits either. Still, I would like to see more episodes so I can get the ones I don't have on tape. Maybe I should move to Canada. Lol.

Elmo on Hollywood Squares April 12-16

Lol. Yeah. I knew that. I was just joking.

Elmo on Hollywood Squares April 12-16

What's Shmisspiggy and shgonzo anyway? Is Hollywood Squares still on the air? My local station doesn't air it anymore because of a new local news broadcast so I was wondering.

    Muppet references on "Full House"

You shouldn't be ashamed to admit that. I used to watch Full House all the time. It's one of my favorites. I also liked Dave's Muppet impressions. Another one to mention was that hockey episode where Joey and Michelle were imitating :) and  .

    Muppet Paperbacks

Yeah. The Case of the Missing Mother can be seen at the Toughpigs website in the book club section. Also, I used to have The Best Babysitter in the World. That was a good one as well.

Miss Piggy and Pizza Hut Team Up Again

Beaker's still around most of the time. Steve performs him now. I see what you mean though. It was good to see Scooter and Janice in the Muppet Christmas Movie. I'd like to see them more often. And I also agree with you on Eric. It's good to know Frank's characters are in good hands.

Muppets' Wizard of Oz cast list

Those are good observations. After all, they were so desperate to get the Chef in "Muppet Treasure Island" that they made him one of the pig people: Tomato: Well, how else were we going to get him in this movie? The role of Toto was already taken by Pepe, but it would be nice to see...
