I think I can do that, let's see...
Bert and Ernie appeared in "Mind Over Murder"
Big Bird appeared in "A Picture is Worth a Thousand Bucks"
(Also in that same episode Peter asked the hotel clerk if they have bellhops that are rats like the Muppets)
Kermit was mentioned in "Let's Go to...
Remember that as a tribute to Henson, Rowlf isn't allowed to be used much and when he is, he's silent.
Still, I see what you mean. Rowlf did get some airtime in the Weezer videos, so he could have been used here.
Yeah I liked the "Oz" clip. I was a bit surprised to hear Gonzo say the word 'Nipple.' By the way, Pepe was in it. He had a voice-over in the clip of Piggy's birthday party and he was shown in the clip of the movie.
As for the pupateering. I agree that Eric was really good with Piggy and...
Actually, the season 3 opening isn't too different from the season 2 opening. Still I'm looking forward to seeing the new ep guide and seeing more info on epiosdes I haven't seen.
I don't think so. Seymour was played by Brian Henson and I don't think he does much on "Sesame Street" these days. After all, Seymour seems to have vanished since Pepe stole the spotlight, but that's a different story.
You might be an obsessed Muppet fan...
if you think cows say "Mwoo" instead of "Moooo."
if your watching soap operas and you wait for the announcer to say "Tune in next week when you'll hear Dr. Bob say..." or something to that effect.
if you can do the pigeon.
Just another comment here. (Sorry. If I'm being annoying) I did catch Herry on today's episode in the street segment and he sounded fine there. Maybe Jerry had a cold when he was perfroming Herry on the Garth Brooks segment or something like that. Food for thought.
I don't know about that one. I did think of another one where Kermit wanted to talk about the famous London Fog. Then somebody came in with a London Log and there was a London Frog, etc.
Okay, I understand now. Actually, the one I saw was the one with Garth Brooks. Still I see what you mean. That's kind of surprising though, because Herry sounded nothing like I remember. Maybe he is due for a replacement. The Count sounded okay though.
I think I remember this one. It took place in a school classroom. Professor Grover was talking about school, but he really didn't know anything, so the students corrected him. For example, he said the people in the classroom were called 'customers,' then everybody said "No, they're called...
That's an interesting article, but back to the Jerry/Herry thing. I'm sorry to disagree with you, Ernie. But I've grown up with Jerry's Herry and there's no way that was him, unless he changed the voice for some reason or another. I also recall Herry sounding like he was performed by someone...
While we're on the subject, I did have some time to look at a bit of "Sesame Street" today. Herry made an appearance. I'm guessing that was the Mazarrino Herry, because that very clearly didn't sound like Jerry Nelson. Also, I think that ep was from two seasons ago, so this change must have...
Really good. I especially liked the closing number with Beauregard constantly changing scenery. I'd hate to be with his family during the holiday season. Lol.
Ed Asner fighting with Gonzo? That sounds very believable.
Remember his character Gil Jones from the short lived sitcom "Thunder Alley?" It seems like he's just as grumpy in real life.
I vaguely remember that. I do remember Frank's line of dialog ("Ever popular erroz con pollo.") However, I was thinking this happened in the sketch where Grover was that Mexican dancer. Didn't he give him a "numero uno" there, which was really a "number one?" I'm kind of confused because I...
