I don't think it would make much sense that they'd all be voiced by Richard. After all, Janice is one of the chorus girls and Richard didn't voice her until season two. I'm assuming, it's Richard as Piggy (or maybe Frank), Erin as Janice and some other performers voicing the other two. I'm...
Yeah. I read a description of each episode on Amazon.com and apparently the eps were listed the way they appeared. I'm trying to decide if I should watch the eps in that order or the order they aired when I get the DVD.
Yeah, until J.P. enters the theater and fires Kermit. Lol. Besides the concept of Scooter using his uncle as blackmail wasn't in the later episodes much, except for the Lola Fanala episode where Kermit hires Trevor the Gross to replace Gonzo because he was the best friend of Scooter's uncle...
One thing to point out, is that there have been a few later segments with Bunsen and no Beaker such as in the Brooke Sheilds episode where he tried to get Brooke back to her normal size and in the Carol Burnett episode where he said the winners of the dance contest were actually robots he made...
Sorry about repeating myself, but I thought I'd ad more to the "People in Your Neighborhood" thread. I remember quite a few versions. The one I know best was with Bob and the AMs. Not the original version with the postman and the Santa Claus reference. The one I remember was with a cranky...
I'm assuming season 32 was a repeat of the 80s version. They made a whole episode out of that this year, same thing with the "If Moon Were Cookie" bit.
I always thought Scooter was a much better character than Fleet, mainly considering the fact that Scooter lasted much longer. Scooter had very positive roles in the show and in movies. While Fleet was just, well, basically a jerk. I'll admit it was sort of rude of Scooter to use the fact that...
Yeah, that's the one that I was talking about. I think it was in one of those "On My Way with Sesame Street" collections. The thing I remember most about that one was a pic of a guy reading a magazine, however his hair was over his eyes so he couldn't see what he was reading. Lol.
No. I remember seeing it in the 80s. However, the song was redone this season in the ep "How Many Baloons to Lift Snuffy?" Remember Richard Kind as the balloon fairy. If you can't get an MP3, your next best bet would be to record the episode next time it comes on.
Actually, I remember the mail carrier (aka postman) has been in nearly all versions of the song. I remember it was in the first version with Bob and the AMs. I also read that verse in an 80s Sesame Street book. I guess the cable guy and the cheese were just made up for the Telly/Ben Stiller...
To tell the truth I thought Brian's Janice was a bit off. Since I haven't heard Tyler's I can't comment on that one. I have the movie on tape and I don't think I want to spend money on the DVD just to hear a few lines of dialog that weren't in the TV version. Hopefully, we'll hear the EM...
Yeah, so far I've only heard Richard's Piggy in the Juliet Prowse and Rita Moreno eps. It is a bit strange hearing her sound like that. I sort of consider the voice more like Richard's Janice without the valley girl accent. But I do hear Gladys in there, or even Don Music. No offense to the...
Okay, I got the impression that the original Juliet Prowse pilot was on the DVD since that was newly in the ep guides, but after I reread the posts in this thread, I realize that it came from MTR. Sorry about the confusion.
I sort of agree with Minor Muppets. I've noticed that none of Richard's characters had speaking lines in that one other than Statler, or the breif scene with Scooter. Maybe he was ill or away when that ep was made.
Actually, I believe you meant to say 'Kelly' instead of 'Kathy Lee' there. I remember that ep. I really wish he'd come back with Kelly hosting the show.
Well, I remember Snuffy stayed home to watch Big Bird's nest. But I see your point. If this movie were made today, he might have went along with the rest of the gang.
Hmmm. I'm surprised nobody mentioned that in the other 'three Gordons' thread. I wish I had gotten to know the guy. He seemed like a very talented actor/producer.
