Yeah. I wonder about the production order for season 1. The Connie Stevens ep being redone, is probably the reason Fozzie's voice is better in the Connie Stevens episode than in the Joel Grey episode. Then there's the Harvey Korman episode where Richard Hunt performed Miss Piggy the whole way...
I've only read up to chapter 17 so far, but I thought I'd comment here. It's really good. It was funny that J.P. was avoiding talking about the family history. I liked that Skeeter was mentioned. I also liked that you brought back Muppets Tonight characters such as Seymour, Andy and Randy...
Yeah, to tell the truth. I never thought the news reports were that funny in the early eps. I did enjoy them more when things started happening to him. I guess Uncle Deadly was just trying to help make that segment better. Lol.
Another thing to keep in mind was about the "news tip...
It's not uncommon for people in their 20s to play teens on TV. Melissa Joan Hart was 20 something when she started playing Sabrina who was 16 at the time. Another example was Stacey Dash from "Clueless."
Actually, I'm pretty sure Kingston was seen this season. I remember him singing "Be Yourself." I guess they haven't used him in any new material though.
I'm sorry. I really can't go into much detail there. I just remember seeing her off and on when I watched the show as a kid. I can't exactly remember which seasons. Probably some time in the 80s. I guess she was sort of a semi-regular.
I agree. I watched "Elmo's World: Happy Holidays" recently and I realized that "Elmo Saves Christmas" was much better. "Happy Holiday's" focused too much on Elmo. But ESC was different. Though Elmo was the main character, a lot of others got some screen time as well.
Oh, you're thinking of David's grandmother. Though I didn't think she was given a name. I remember a few eps with her. I think she met Snuffy at a later time than the others. I also recall her being close friends with Uncle Wally. I guess she left when David left. Since they mentioned that...
When did all of the Electric Mayhem speak in the Diana Ross episode? I don't recall them having a big part in that one.
Here are a few I can think of:
the Cleo Lane episode. At least I've heard them all speak when I heard that song on MC Radio.
I think they all had a line on the...
Hmmmm. I'm not sure if they'd cut out a UK spot, since they've been unseen for so long. But you could be right about that, if they did it for the same reason they cut out other songs. Though another reason to leave "Waiting at the Church" on the DVD set is because it's Miss Piggy's only...
Actually, I should change my name too. I started it in 2003 and now since 2006 is coming it doesn't really work. I should go with a name that I don't have to keep changing every year. Can somebody tell me how to do that with out reregistering or anything?
I have the album, but not the special. I was a little surprised that Annie Sue (Louise) had a line in "Deck the Halls." It didn't seem like she was there with the other Muppets.
Yeah, I was just thinking about that modern one when I read Boober's post. I wonder if they had that older episode in mind when they made the newer one.
I vaguely remember that one. Yet, I couldn't quite remember how he sounded. I know that came out at the time Howard Morris was voicing Jughead. I've read the Archie comics and I honestly couldn't picture Jughead having the voice that he has on "Weird Mysteries," so I don't remember how he...
I agree. Fozzie hasn't been in the spotlight much since Eric started performing him or even before that when Frank was just dubbing in his lines. (Though I must admit, I liked "Mr. Bimbo" in MTI.) Hopefully, we'll see more of him whenever "Kermit's Christmas Capers" comes out.
Yeah, I'm pretty sure it's Brian's or Kevin's Clementine I remember. The Camille Clementine sort of escapes me. It's been so long since I've heard her at all, it's really hard to tell.
I know what you mean. I remember seeing it years ago, but I don't remember too much about it. To be honest, I can't even remember Elmo appearing in that one. I do remember Phil Donahue's appearance though. I'm glad Sesameguy posted the lines of dialogue there. It sounds like a beautiful...
