Thanks, man.
This is sort of on a different train of thought, but, I think I know why people didn't like Steve's Kermit. (I like it) It's because, he started doing it almost immediately after his death. We've had to wait ten years until (most of) Richard Hunt's characters came back. It's been...
Oh my goodness! You're actually going to go through with it? Sure, she's not the best looking toy out there, but, WHAT?
Ugh! This could be messy!
And I'm told I don't take care of my toys.
:D
First Church of Dan Akroyd????????????? Ha!
You poor poor people. I knew you had to be obsessed to be on this website, but, a CHURCH of Dan Akroyd????????? Man!
Wow!

I'm sorry, Oscar. I had to do it. I can't prolong the inevitable. You know it's going to be either Gonzo or Animal, and either way, it'll be a whole lot more difficult for 'em if they have those two going up against each other.
WHO VOTED OFF KERMIT????????????????????????
"I guess this isn't a good time to ask for a raise."
- Fozzie
"A raise? A raise? Oh, ho ho! I'll give you a raise!"
- Mr. Tarkanian
(see Beauregard's post:D )
Lips may or may not say anything, but he's included as a member of the Electric Mayhem.
Rowlf, I want him to be in the top ten at least. He's my second favorite character. (well, tied with Kermit at second)
Pez, I'm gonna have to re-read your outline. I actually don't remember a lot of...
While you're thinking of that, what do you think of an extension to this song. It's found in the Paul Simon episode of the Muppet Show.
"For yoooou!
I'd wash my hair in stinky glue,
I'd fry my legs and eat them too,
I'd put a spider in my shooooooe!
For you!"
Would that be wrong...
Ah! You shouldn't have said that!
Maggie Smith was in Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood (not that I've seen it) with Sandra Bullock
Sandra Bullock was in Miss Congeniality with William Shatner
William Shatner was in Showtime with Eddie Murphy
Eddie Murphy was in Bowfinger directed by...
VERY IMPORTANT!
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT!
Everyone, I need you to list your favorite characters here so we can include them in teh script. For some reason, I don't think we've done a very good job in including something for everyone.
In our outline so far, he doesn't have a lot a lot of screentime. But, it's very important screentime if we write it right.
Our story wouldn't really fit in well with looking into is background. But, I think if we're going to start working on a Pigs In Space story also, it's best we get him...
I'd have to say Gonzo, but we gotta remember, Gonzo is probably the most complex character in both loo and emotion, so there's no way you're getting it right!
No it wouldn't. I read it and what you wrote can be twisted around into his character as long as it's performed well.
Who knows! Dave Goelz may not even be able to do Beau anymore!
Beauregard could be found in It's A Very Merry Muppet Christmas Movie in the background often times cleaning something and reacting to Miss Bitterman's sudden bursts of anger, similar to a lot of his early appearances in the Muppet Show. Unfortunately, no lines. But he was there.
True, but that was one of his downfalls. Even Kermit poked fun at people once in a while. But, whenever someone did it to Beauregard, it seemed mean because he never did it and so the other Muppets became the bad guy. Unfortunately, that's hwy he hasn't been sround.
They pulled him off very...
Beauregard had no desires, he was just... no offense, dumb. (I like Beau, too) And because of this, the writers found it difficult to write for him. That might be a good thing to keep in mind when we write our script.
I'll pretend I didn't hear that. The Muppet Workshop has always held the highest standards of any puppet company. I believe this was intentional, because Miss Piggy has always been that way.
And we can all ignore the fact she was missing an ear in that scene.
