MUPPETS NOW SEASON 2 TO PREMIERE ON DISNEY+ WITH CHANGES:
This fall Muppets...
That's exactly what I was thinking. You'd think they'd save that one for closer to July. I guess they wanted to finish off this season quickly because I know PBS will probably do the annual Julia episode that they always air early for Autism Awareness month.
Yeah. I know what you mean. It's...
Sorry to bump and old thread, but I didn't really get a chance to read this until today. I wonder about Kevin's status with Henson as well, like if he'd ever perform his non-Sesame Street Muppets again. Clifford obviously he wouldn't perform without the shades, but what about Mulch and Craniac...
It was Matt voicing Biff? That's what I thought too, but with him and Big Bird being in the same scene, I thought someone else was doing Biff. But I know Matt doesn't always wear the BB suit, so I guess I get it.
Pretty sure Marty was Lucky since I heard a lot of Telly and even Snuffy in his voice.
Oh, sorry. I forgot that post was from a year ago. That's the trouble with not being able to watch the eps on HBO when they first air. I keep seeing old news. Same thing happens at times in my transcription/captioning job for whatever reason. 😀 So I guess Suki had the baby by now.
Is there anywhere that maybe we can get a list of all the episodes that are edited (and or/banned completely) on Disney+. The reason I'm asking this is I started watching the show from the beginning with my girlfriend and I'm thinking maybe it would be better to watch some eps on the DVD box...
Yeah, I wasn't too familiar with him so I guess I didn't know the whole story there, but I get it.
I just read this story now: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chris_Langham#Arrest_and_conviction
And that one's not on the Disney DVDs or on TimeLife, so in the immortal words of Salem Saberhagen: (sob) (sob) (sob) (sob)
But I guess I get why Disney wouldn't support a person like that. Probably would be like Disney airing reruns of The Cosby Show. That would be a no no on their part as...
May as well. I had enough experience with things like that when ABC used to butcher the Looney Tunes cartoons on the Bugs & Tweety Show airings. :)
Plus that one is notable for Richard Hunt's first attempt as Janice before her valley girl persona settled in. Rully.
Did I hear the Brooke Sheilds ep was pretty non-existent on Disney+? If so, thankfully I still have my copy of that one from TimeLife, but I thought I'd ask just to clarify.
Okay. I'm glad I saw this post, because I did start watching TMS with my girlfriend including the two original pilot episodes ("The Valentine's Show" and "Sex and Violence" from the DVD collection). Right now we're on season one and we did watch the Jim Nabors episode on Disney+ and that one was...
I agree. But yeah, I disagree with the comment, "There's no Fix-It Shop on Sesame Street." Like Oscarfan said, the Fix-It Shop was in Abby's debut episode and Elmo definitely would have remembered as well.
Though I do like that they acknowledged where Big Bird's nest used to be and where...
Well, of course he is. Don't be ridiculous. He had to stop going to Charlie's some time.
"I don't know why I keep coming here."
Yeah. I was also surprised by the fact that left that mess in Hooper's. I was really hoping they'd show that cleaned out by the end.
Good to see Abby's mom...
I was excited when I heard this. I don't get Disney+, but my girlfriend does. So between the season 1 through 3 DVDs and the episodes that TimeLife released, this is exciting news.
Yeah. I didn't watch the show as much in the 90s when that happened, but I do remember reading that on Wikipedia.
Then there was the situation in season 40 when Big Bird had his wing in a sling, but unfortunately that was only a one episode deal.
