Rowlf the Dog's Piano Bar and Lounge.
I suppose that's sort of an obvious one, but I just wanted to be the first to suggest it. ;)
Rowlf could be playing at the piano while the crowds relax, maybe have a drink, a nice meal, and enjoy the finest little dities that ol' brown ears can think...
... For some reason, I think I might have detected a hint of sarcasm somewhere in that post...
And, yes, I do agree with you that the 50th Anniversary releases sucked. The only reason I bought them was so Disney wouldn't think the Muppets were outdated because of how poorly the DVDs sold, and...
"Now you eat a doozer tower
And it's pretty as a flower
And a flower's what you dig up in a field.
But that field could have a hole
And you could fall in while you stroll
And then a Gorg could come along to have a meal."
I think he's like those storybook writers who try to scare children...
I'll betcha Boober has only one pair of socks that he washes over and over again. :)
Switching back to silly creatures for a moment, the Fraggles didn't even know about them (that I'm aware of) until Uncle Matt went out into outerspace. I would assume everyone would refer to them by what the...
Yes, the Jim Henson Company is still able to get in touch with all of the Muppeteers as far as I am aware of. They were still doing it the last I wrote, although, it might be better/quicker sending to Sesame Workshop.
Get well, Jerry. And, it's good to hear you were able to do some Sesame...
"Uncle Kermit? What's your favorite part about the Muppets?"
"Well, Robin, there are those times when the Muppets aren't funny."
"Yeah, but I think that's the writers fault."
I can agree with you that The Muppet Show season releases have been a little too slow for my tastes, all I can say is I hope they've gathered the rights to every last skit to make it all worthwhile. :)
That having been said, I think I'm also a little more patient with Disney. I'm hoping...
I have a question with regards silly creatures.
In the episode "The Preachification of Convincing John", Convincing John refers to the silly creatures as "human beings". Have the Fraggles referred to the silly creatures as "human beings" at any other time? And, if not, does anyone besides...
Cool.
Hey, did you see the "rare" Kermit puppet on there? A few years ago, that supposedly rare puppet was one of the easiest pieces of Muppet merchandise to find! :)

I believe Zack the Dog used to do this, as well... of course, his would be signed Zack the Dog rather than Beauregard... but you knew that. :p
A Muppet Christmas Carol is one of the most moving Muppet films to date. It has so much of the Henson touch, and the only reason I would ever describe it as "predictable" is because it is based on a well-known book.
As for Muppets From Space, I felt a great deal of the film to be a bit...
I think I'm partly wrong on my analysis of Cantus. I suppose my usage of the word "nonsense" was out of place. I just re-watched some Cantus episodes, and I guess I wouldn't describe it as nonsense, but rather confusing. It makes sense, but it's weird.
At the same time, I must apologize. I...
