I've long thought that the best way to do the foam parts on Gonzo would be injection-molded hard plastic, just like we saw on the Palisades action figures. The problem with that, though, is that making those molds is incredibly expensive (from memory we're talking around $10,000 here) and there...

Fozzie looks fantastic! The other two I'm really not sure about - based on what I can see there I won't be getting either of them, which really worries me that sales might not be high enough for the Bear to make it any further than the prototype stage.

Thanks muppetperson. Ummm, well the facial features (eyebrows, eyes, nose, mouth and their relation to each other) look great, and the fur looks about right...but that head shape is way off. Actually the head looks a bit like it's been Photoshopped - or is that just me?

I was just looking at those photos (really interesting to see, thanks for posting!) and don't see why the head stuffing couldn't just be removed - it looks like you cut a section away from the mouth gasket without any worries. As for the red mouth being glued to the gasket, well, the Kermit...
